I received a call from Adam indicating that my 2008 Accent was desired for their used car stock and offering to asisst me with a purchase of a new 2014 Hyundai. There was no pressure to the sale but the service and incentives that were offered to me were comprehnsive and generous. He was very knowledgeable about the car and thourough in the information he provided to me at delivery, as well he has offered ongoing support and assistance as I continue to learn how to make use of the many technological features of the car. He was very pleasant to deal with, and very accomodating. Genuinely friendly. He was very busy on the evening I was in but did not make me feel rushed. He spoke very highly of his colleaues and presented himself as a member of a team who were avaialble to assist with any future needs for my vehicle. The whole experience was great, and the information and support received from Nabil helped me feel confident in my coverage and financing decisions. I will also have my care serviced at the dealership as they have been very efficicient in the past and the hours work well with my schedule.
