By the time I set foot in the showroom, I already knew what I wanted so my dealings with Eric were initially of a financial nature as I wanted to get the best price possible. And I'm now the proud father of a brand new 2014 Santa Fe 2.0T Limited. We were told the car would be ready Tuesday afternoon, and, as promised, it was. Eric must have spend over a half hour sitting in the car with me and my wife, going through every display, every knob, every latch, and every detail of the car. The guy knows his stuff and it shows. By the time he was done, my head was spinning. Fortunately, I have a 595-page manual I can refer to if I missed something. All in all, I'm very satisfied with Eric's professionalism. More
