They tried giving me the run around many times about the conditions of the service rather than just saying they don't know and they'll find out. I had to overstep them and call Hyundai Canada directly to find the correct info. when I brought this up with them they Immidiately played the cold shoulder card and got defensive. VERY unprofessional and unsatisfactory "after sale service" also. Not impressed guys! As an Equus certified dealer...very unimpressed with the knowledge of the service offered with the car. More
Loving my Hyundai Tucson AWD I recently upgraded from a 2009 Accent GL to a 2015 Tucson AWD Limited. The trading process was pretty painless as I was offered a great trade in price. As the fair deal presented itself, it left me with the thought that I was willing to consider upgrading even though it was Christmas. Picking out a new safer family vehicle with Amin was a great and easy experience. Upon pick up everything was thoroughly explained and even with a small issue(a small wait time) upon pick up everything was rectified and I left with a smile and feeling like I was their #1 customer. I would recommend Amin, as he is an honest, straight up kind of guy that is patient and willing to take the time to explain things in turn making the buying process easy and only leaving you with the Yes or No decision. More
2015 Sonata 9 weeks old -- service department HORRIBLE!!!! purchased a 2015 Sonata -- promised amazing service post sales -- no one can beat our service here is what our Sales person Reg Pulfer told us. We ex purchased a 2015 Sonata -- promised amazing service post sales -- no one can beat our service here is what our Sales person Reg Pulfer told us. We explained we were leaving a super dealer because their service was horrible and leaving GM because of an unreliable product -- promised that 2015 Sonata was going to be the car of my dreams -- as big in the back as a Santa Fe with waaay better gas mileage and a new engine that was built to last!! Buy the extendeed warranty -- Hyundai Canda backs their products and has outstanding service -- MORE LIES!!! Engine has lasted 9 weeks and is in the shop with no acceleration and oil going into an area oil does not belong due to some faulty valve brushes -- part is on back order and will take a MONTH to get -- but please come get your car that has no acceleration and that you put 1000+ km on a week with commuting -- please drive on the 416 and 417 EVERYDAY with a toddler in the car with NO ACCELERATION and the gas pedal to be on the floor with the engine screaming to get to a highway cruising speed --- apparently this makes the car neither unsafe nor undriveable and it WILL NOT hurt the engine at all?? UMMMMM no, sorry I can't believe that!! When I refused to drive the car when the part was first on back order (feb 2) the service manager agreed to pay for a rental --- UMMMM no he didnt -- I had the extended warranty -- thanks for nothing Dan at Hyundai on Hunt Club -- but since the part will take a month -- Hyundai only covers the rental for 5 days so come get your brand new 9 week old piece of garbage car and drive it until the end of the month including on a holiday -- dont worry there isnt any acceleration, its burning fuel like crazy and the engine is screaming to work to get to highway cruising speeds -- its all good accoring to Hyundai on Hunt Club Why when I arrived at 6 am Feb 2 to drop off the car there was no envelopes, who knows!! Why they don't offer loaners for service -- according to the service guy i dropped the car off to -- "the owners are cheap" I am sure they will love to hear that!! Why they dont offer shuttle service to pick up their customers that work in Gatineau -- who knows!! Why you can't ger an oil change after 4pm -- who knows!! It only takes 20 minutes at Pennzoil!! Customer Service is not the strong suit of this dealership -- they just want your money and will do anything to get it -- including making false promises and statements about things that are clearly not true. Hyundai Canada is just as bad -- for a product that is supposed to be reliable -- they have turned my stomach and turned me off Dilawri and Hyundai for life!!! There is an email prepared that is going to Don Romano, President of Hyundai Canada, Chad Heard the PR Manager there, the President and CEO of Dilawri Automotive group Canada and will be hand delivered to the GM at Hunt Club Dilawri since I cant seem to find an email for him anywhere online. Maybe they can get something done because they clearly don't empower their employees to make decisions that are in the best interest of customers -- all they are concerned about is the bottom line and getting the sale. More
