Stay away from the Dealership Be very careful when you sign the paperwork. They make verbal promises and tell you one thing and you end up paying way more than expected. Tried to cancel some warranties that I was told cost $ 1800 with in truth cost $5000. Was told not able to cancel. Called the warranty companies directly and was told there was no problem to cancel. Asked for and promised free tires if we bought only to have the value taken off the manufactures rebate. Very poor after sales service. Lie to your face and wont call you back. Going through the Better Business Bureau and eventually higher still if required to try and get this resolved. Shouldn't have to fight this hard for something they are required to refund. Made a first time car buying experience a nightmare for my son and I. More

Dealing with Frankie was fantastic, he was friendly I bought my pre-owned Elantra from Hyundai on Hunt Club a few weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. Dealing with Frankie was fantastic, he was friendly and professional. He made sure I looked at several cars, test drove the one I liked and that I felt comfortable with the final results (price, cleanliness, general state of the car, etc.). I really appreciated his patience throughout the process. All of the staff members at this dealership were very friendly actually, making it a very positive experience. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the lack of mats in the car and that I didn't get a license plate frame (it looks a little bare!). Overall, I feel great about my purchase and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy! Ask for Frankie, he knows what he's talking about. More

Good overall experience, but a few annoying complaints Overall, the sales and financing staff were quite knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I didn't feel any pressure, nor was I forced into any up-sel Overall, the sales and financing staff were quite knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I didn't feel any pressure, nor was I forced into any up-selling that I didn't already want. Issues identified with my vehicle were addressed in a timely manner at no cost to me prior to pick up (including the complete replacement of a side mirror and front panel) and everything went smooth. However, I have two complaints that, while they might seem minor, did bother me quite a bit. 1) When I picked up the car on it only had about a 1/3 of a tank of gas. My thoughts are, when purchasing a vehicle from any reputable dealer, it is only a common courtesy to have it ready and gassed up upon pick-up. That is a minor complaint, but quite annoying. 2) When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that the purchase price included an "A++" cleaning packaged. However, other than perhaps a cursory wipe down of hard surfaces and a quick vacuum, it was nothing close to what I would call "A++". The seats still had dirt on them, there was dirt and grime on the fabric of the ceiling, there was still a cracker under the folding seat, and when I adjusted the passenger seat I found someone's old cellphone case, so they obviously didn't do that thorough of a job. In addition, the interior of all of the windows was quite grimy and required thorough cleaning. This is less minor given that I paid for "A++" cleaning as part of my deal. Again, overall, I have no complaints with the car itself or the people, but the nearly empty gas tank and sub-par cleaning were the little things that I look for. More

I was interested in the Elantra GL and Tony very quickly got me into the car, test drove it, and then gave me the price I wanted. The price was the same as I saw online which I really appreciated. He did an excellent job of demonstrating the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about everything. When I went to pick up the car Tony was very thorough and efficient and always had a very friendly demeanor. If you go in there to get a car, ask for Tony. I am sure that they are all great, I had a great experience with him. More
