Took my 2013 Tucson to Hyundai Hunt Club for a recall on brake lines and frame. Service department stated they want $1900 to replace a fuel line as it would rupture when they started to replace the brake l brake lines and frame. Service department stated they want $1900 to replace a fuel line as it would rupture when they started to replace the brake lines. Took they vehicle to another dealer to have a second opinion. Except for a bit of surface rust there was no danger of the fuel line rupturing. More
Took my car for an engine replacement in August 2025 and the service was horrible as the guy most time didn't return the calls or email. So went to the manager and finally he started the work on my car but the service was horrible as the guy most time didn't return the calls or email. So went to the manager and finally he started the work on my car but then said I needed a new alternator and belt. when ask if they tested it if it was because of the new motor it broke they said it would cost me for the test. I did not have any problem with my alternator before. Anyways I brought the alternator in at 7 am the enxt morning as I had 2 funerals to go to that day and he promise me it would be the first car on the lift. So between funeral around 12pm went to the dealer ship to pick up my car thinking it would be ready to my surprise it was not even work on yet. So i stayed to ensure they would get it fixed and by 5 pm it was finally fixed with a bill i had to paid $500. The manager said that the best he could do. Now he sent supposedly to hyundai my towing receipt for the refund and now I am fighting with the dealership and hyundai canada to get my money as it seems this was never sent. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Last year in June, we had our 2023 Palisade Caligraphy serviced at 16,000kms. They told us it needed a brake service, despite only being a year old with such low KMs (around 10,000m). We had an oil chan serviced at 16,000kms. They told us it needed a brake service, despite only being a year old with such low KMs (around 10,000m). We had an oil change in January as per the service schedule. Today, after six months and constant phone calls from the dealership, we booked it in for another oil change, again, we get a call that it needs a brake service at a cost of $500. The car has 17,061, so has only done 1000 since the last brake service. Which also cost $500. I told them that this service was done last June and they told me it wasn’t.. When I pick my car up this afternoon (without a brake service) I am taking the paperwork from the last Brake Service and demanding to see the service manager. You need to be able to trust your service centre, am I do not trust Dilawri on Hint Club at all. More

Took the money for diagnostics and wont tell me what really the issue is. Just kept telling me to replace engine. Took my car hope and showed local mechanic and he fixed the issue for 350$. They intentionally broke valve cover gasket since Iasked for my car back. More
Dealership provided fake promises that they never followed to get you to sign with them. One of my tires needed replacing and the car has less than 7k km on it. I thought it would be covered as t followed to get you to sign with them. One of my tires needed replacing and the car has less than 7k km on it. I thought it would be covered as they promised when i signed to find out it didn’t ( even when providing them with proof). They didn’t provide a rental, made fake promises to repair my tire at their own cost and then cancelled the day before delivery. In the meantime, I was renting a car at my expense. GM is rude, condescending and vulgar when you bring up the issue. Then he goes on and gives me the wrong lien when I asked for him to cancel the contract because “he’s loosing money in it” when he clearly stated he would take the car. Avoid at all cost if you want peace of mind. More

I sent a text message with the address where I needed to be picked up after work. No one came. I called many times. No one picked up the phone. My wife had to drive from Arnprior to come and pick me up. Then we drove to the dealership. No apologies, nothing. I should have done my homework. They do not answer their phone when you need them. I would just stay way from this dealership. More
Still waiting for My refund on recall on my knock sensor which failed after only 1800 km. I was promised by the service manager that I would receive a refund in April. I called Hunt Club dealership a number which failed after only 1800 km. I was promised by the service manager that I would receive a refund in April. I called Hunt Club dealership a number of times with no return call so I have called Hyundai Canada at least 9 times (at least 4 months) with no results. My complaint is now at a supervisory or tear 1 level. Still waiting! This dealership does not even listen to Hyundai Canada. I suspect they figure I will give up but they are very wrong. Would I recommend Hyundai on Hunt Club - not in a million years. Beware & Buy elsewhere! More
