Darcel did a Great job making sure the issue was addressed in a timely manner.. She had the part ordered(it was on back order) she kept me in the loop and when it arrived she called to see when it w addressed in a timely manner.. Prior to talking to Darcel I would have rated this dealership in a negative.. the service manager(Jeff I believe is his name) did nothing but give me the run around for at least 2.5 months.. Darcel had everything resolved about possible warranty in a couple of days.. Jeff(service manager) did nothing but make promises that he never followed up on. More
