Today I picked up my Hyundai Preferred 2026 Tucson. I was very pleased with the service I received from Emin Domi. I had purchased a 2024 from another dealership but brought my car for servicing to H I was very pleased with the service I received from Emin Domi. Joelle, at service is extremely nice and I can ask her questions any time I want. Emin, you were just great with taking the time to explain the car to us on our first visit. We did not feel rushed at all. At the time of pick up, you again took the time to complete all transations and also explain all the features of the car. Knowing I can count on your support, I was extremely satisfied with your service. I will definately refer you to anyone that would be interested in a Hyundai car. This being said, everyone that works at this dealership are so very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work Emin and I wish you great sales for this year. More

Very poor communication and customer service. Extremely slow repairs. I was sent there by the insurance to repair a damaged corner bumper. The shop never contacted me to communicate anything. I had to always call to get an update and find out what was taking so long. It took them a month to give me an appointment after first contact. It took them another month to make repairs. Every time I called, it happened to be the day the shop just received my file, ordered pieces, received pieces, etc, as if they were waiting for me to call to finally do something. Every estimate they gave from appointment booking to repair time was flagrantly wrong - extending a process that should have taken 3 weeks to 2 months , while never communicating any delays. More

Nice on the outside not so much on the inside. I’ve had several things fixed here and everytime I come with an issue they always seem to half fix it or fix the wrong thing. I brought my car in for I’ve had several things fixed here and everytime I come with an issue they always seem to half fix it or fix the wrong thing. I brought my car in for a rattle which I said was coming from the door (turned out to be the window switch) and they insisted on changing the shock, strut, and wheel bearing; all they care about is the money especially if it’s under warranty. Then I had them change a stopper on a door and the broke the latch that opens the door on the inside, I’ve spoken to the manager of service several times and they always fix it 80% second time around yet the mechanics don’t care, they care about their money. This dealership is nice on the outside but on the inside, absolutely atrocious. I highly recommend going to any other Hyundai dealership! More

Fantastic dealership! I first came here to service a Santa Fe I had purchased elsewhere b/c I had not been pleased with the service from where it had been purchased. The place is clean and comfortable for you to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. There’s free coffee, hot chocolate and wifi so that you can work comfortably while waiting. They were also incredibly supportive in helping me get a few items changed completely free under warranty. I am so pleased with this dealership that I ended up buying my next car with them. I ordered a Tucson PHEV through them and got it in June of 2023. They were fantastic throughout the process and even let me take a demo car out for a test drive on my own during COVID. I’m super pleased with the car and was provided with great service from Walid. He kept me posted all along and promptly answered my requests for updates. He explained all the functions of the car the day of delivery and provided exceptional service afterwards as well and got me good value for my trade-in. Julien, the finance director, was also amazing. Super personable to the point that he saw me at the dealership one day while I was getting my other car serviced and having recognized me, called me into his office to provide me with an update on the PHEV I had ordered. Believe me, having ordered and tried to get updates from other dealerships, this is unheard of. Having gone into his office, I realized all the orders were very well organized and that he even had a spreadsheet with everyone’s names and orders so that he could provide updates and respect the order sequence. AMAZING!!! Anyways, all this to say don’t hesitate to go to this dealership for your next purchase or servicing. You won’t be disappointed.
