they need a course on customer greeting Having recently located in the anjou area,I was looking for a good place to service my 4 month old accent. Gabriel Hyundai looked like a good choice, Having recently located in the anjou area,I was looking for a good place to service my 4 month old accent. Gabriel Hyundai looked like a good choice, so Idecided to pay them a visit in order to get acquainted and eventually book a service appointment. I arrived at the service counter hoping to speak to one of their service associates,which by the way were not busy serving other customers,but none of them even bothered to raise their heads and ask If they could help me in any way. I kept going back and forth and on and on for an incredible five (5) minutes but there was no reaction whatsoever on the part of the staff,I felt ignored and forgotten all the way. I the decided to go towards the showroom and crossed paths with at least 3 other employees which acted like i DID NOT EXIST. Went back to the service counter and still no greeting of any kind. I finally left the premises without having accomplished anything except for wasting my time. If a first impression is very important,the I say that Gabriel hyundai really blew it and failed the test. I was naturally disappointed but most of all surprised at such poor interest in a potential customer,since I had high expectations towards this dealership. After sales service seems to be the achilles heel of many Hyundai dealerships and Gabriel unfotunately is no exception. Finally I would like to inform the owner that in any kind of business the customer should NEVER feel ignored or neglected and for me personally it is ZERO TOLERANCE towards poor service,period. More
