I do not not recommend this dealer for the service department. I was told that my transmission needed to be changed at a cost of 3000$. When I went to another garage, they were able to repair the brok department. I was told that my transmission needed to be changed at a cost of 3000$. When I went to another garage, they were able to repair the broken part of my transmission without having to replace it and saved me 3000$. More
Service is not what it used to be. Staff is rude and disrespectful, accused me of lying. They tried to make me change my transmission at a cost of 3000$. I wish I could give a 0 star review. I had an appointment for a recall on my car. On the phone the lady told me it would take up to maximum 2 hours for the repairs if needed. I showed up I had an appointment for a recall on my car. On the phone the lady told me it would take up to maximum 2 hours for the repairs if needed. I showed up to my apptm and waiting 2 hours only to be told that the repairs would take another 2 days. I confronted them with the situation, letting them know the lady on the phone said 2 hours for the repairs. They actually lied to my face and told me that wasn't true, that the inspection takes 2 hours. Then I told them, I was there the month before for a friend with the exact same recall and it took 2 hours to do the repairs. They got caught lying and instead of apologizing and admitting it was their fault, they said they had too many appointments and employees on vacation. I asked why didn't they tell me that on the phone. They kept saying it wasn't true that the repairs take only 2 hours. Finally, I asked for a courtesy car for the duration of repairs and they refused. They only wanted to give me 1 day of rental car. Overall, extremely disappointment. Will never go back there again. They are dishonest and don't apologize for their mistakes or try to make it up to the clients. More
