This looks like a generic response. My review is based on my experience and even if you disagree, it doesn’t change the fact that the mechanic said it wasn’t repairable. It’s possible the mechanic doesn’t have the skills to correctly repair transmissions as this is a specific problem or they’re trying to make us spend more money. I can provide my repair invoice vs their quote as proof that this is indeed a fact and not a misunderstanding!

Are your calls registered for training purposes? If so, please contact me by email. I will gladly provide the time and date of my reservation call and you can listen the conversation. I even have the recall letter which mentions the repairs take about one hour. Nobody ever mentioned anything about taking 2 hours for an inspection 🧐 If they are short staffed they should reschedule any extra appointments if they don’t have time to properly serve the customer for the reason of their appointment. If you need a haircut and make an appointment to get tour hair cut. Would you appreciate being told after 2 hours of waiting that finally you will need to book another appointment because they are short staffed?
