0 percent finance scam - Buyers Beware!! This scam seems to be repetitive in the reviews, this dealership lures people on the promise of a 0 percent finance for the full amortization of the v This scam seems to be repetitive in the reviews, this dealership lures people on the promise of a 0 percent finance for the full amortization of the vehicle and that the 0 percent will automatically renew itself annually, but then come to realize the following year that this program does not nor ever existed. First of all they will try to get out of it by saying that this is a program between them "the dealership" and the specific bank that unfortunately was cancelled. Then they will try to come up with an excuse that this is not true and whomever told you of such a program does not work here anymore and therefore there isn't much that can be done. However, if you were smart enough to have this somewhat in writing on your purchase agreement then they will try to convince you to refinance your vehicle with another bank that may offer this rate, which basically means purchasing your vehicle twice in a year (another scam). If you ever think of buying a car from this criminal establishment please do yourself a favor and get lawyer to review your papers. Rest assured someone will be held accountable for this unethical practice. More
Absolute disgust I don't even know where to begin First things first make sure you have a lawyer with you when you sign anything at this dealership especially with I don't even know where to begin First things first make sure you have a lawyer with you when you sign anything at this dealership especially with this so-called financial guy. First red flag if having an amortisation different than the length of the deal. Says fancy things to make you want to sign... better watch out frank... don't talk numbers with a economist. And when you actually have no education in this matter. They have staff that screw up... but oh boy the client has to pay. They admit they messed up.. but oh no sorry we can't help you. Add all these gimmicks like free oil changes. Credits free tvs free this... not free you pay like $3000 more in your contact for some other xx THAT SHOULD NEVER BE ON YOUR CONTRACT. Says stuff like 'it is in my best interest to help you' complete slimeball. He has screwed over many people. We were recommended there but this Jerk Face caused us to go all the way over to 417 Nissan. Who beat the prices AND THEN SOME. Frank. If you read this. I hope you can sleep at night. It must be nice screwing people over and moving on with your life. Screwing over a single mom who can no longer afford her car because of an employee error. A senior who thought they were getting a deal to find out it was a 'miscommunication' and now they have to dip into their savings to pay for their car. A young family who needs a car to get their child around. Yeah. You are real cool sitting back there in your office just collecting your pay cheque. I really hope you lose your job one day and feel the hardships you have bestowed upon some of your clients. I bet the owner has no clue. You're probably thinking 'it's just business' get over yourself. Yeah. Just business. Which is why I took my business to another dealership got a FULLY LOADED 2016 Nissan Rogue. Every option you can get is in my car. So what... you lost $42 000???? Hello owner your boy lost you $42 0000!!!!! Plus all the future service appointments oh and this beauty... my recommendation and this wonderful review... GOOD JOB FRANKY BOY Shame on ALL of Huntclub Nissan. Nothing but a bunch of thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!! More

Unfortunately after the purchase, I realized that the basic model is too basic for me and I asked if we can exchange it for the model up. Will see if it will work with the exchange. This is not their fault but mine 100%. The team is very good. Strongly recommended. More

From 0% to 8% interest Extremely upsetting situation when you look at your account and see that your payments have increased by 8% which by the way is a difference of $70.00 Extremely upsetting situation when you look at your account and see that your payments have increased by 8% which by the way is a difference of $70.00 each payment. The sales rep Jorge I dealt with asked to keep the I pad tablet Nissan was giving away to new buyers at the time because he assured me 0% interest. My finance manager Ahmad had also said that I will only be paying for the cost of the car as there will be no interest. It had been only a year since I had purchased the car and all of a sudden I see an unexpected increase on my payments when everyone I dealt with promised ZERO percent... They have all lied straight to my face! They took an advantage of me to the fullest!!!! This dealers reputation is going down each year. sales reps are crooks and there is a reason why most of them don't last there for more than a year. For all we know, firing them and rehiring new staff could be to cover their lies and promises made!!!!! Someone needs to take responsibility and provide resolution!!! They are ripping off people everyday!!!!!! More

I made the deposit they asked for, had my bill of sales issued the very same day. On May 26th I received a call saying that they had already sold the car to someone else. Is it not the whole idea of making a deposit a guarantee that the car is yours? They did not care to give me an explanation, nor did they apologize to me. The salesperson said that he did not understand anything. I already filed a complaint before the BBB. I said that I could give them more money for the deposit, but it seems that they are not professional at all. I am never coming back to Hunt Club Nissan. Instead I went and bought a Mercedes Benz. Returning Customer Pleased with Service I purchased a vehicle from HCN back in 2011 and had a positive experience. At the time, my Dad did all the talking for me (haha!) but this purchase w I purchased a vehicle from HCN back in 2011 and had a positive experience. At the time, my Dad did all the talking for me (haha!) but this purchase was all my turn. My husband came with me and although he did, I made it pretty clear from the get-go that I would be doing all the negotiating. HCN has done a complete overhaul of its staff since my last purchase and I have to admit that some reviews on this site made me a bit weary. So, from the beginning. I originally contacted them regarding a 2013 Rogue. When I was on the highway one day I saw one that looked quite different and came to realize that the style of the model significantly changed between 2013 & 2014 with the newer ones being larger with more room. This was a huge draw for me as I was a bit worried about the size of the older Rogue's. I decided not to go in at that point but contacted them again once I had a chance to look at the newer models. We originally went in to look at a 2015 Rogue but once we started doing the numbers, and I saw the "big" picture (aka the final number of the entire purchase) I inquired as to how much more it would be to just go new. As most people know, the interest rates are higher on used vehicles (even with our good credit) so for a little bit more it made sense to just go new. Throughout the process I didn't feel pressured at all. Warwick, our sales person, was very easy going and personable. He took the cues from me and really tried to understand exactly what I wanted out of the purchase. When we took the 2015 for a test drive he told us about the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and while I didn't tell him, the features really helped sell us and he did a great job of explaining everything. I commute for work so a comfortable ride, AWD and an all-around safe vehicle is very important to me. Did I feel like I spent more than I wanted to? Yes. But that wasn't because I felt pressured to buy. The numbers just didn't make sense buying used so new was the obvious choice. I must mention Ali on this review. While we spent significantly less time with him than Warwick, he was extremely personable as well and we had a few good laughs with him. I inquired about how doing our own oil changes would affect our warranty. I told Ali how much we pay to do a DIY oil change and he was able to sell me a 16-change package for (a little) less than what we pay to do them ourselves. That was a bonus. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received. This is our 3rd Nissan and our second time buying with them and I would highly recommend HCN to anyone, and Nissan's for that matter. I don't have the vehicle yet but I was told it could take anywhere from 1-2 weeks which I'm okay with. Now for the downside. The only "con" I have is this. It took and awfully long time. We arrived at 10:30am for our test drive and probably didn't leave until 1:00pm. The back and forth between the salesperson and the financing manager is a bit of a pain. It would be really nice if the salespeople had the ability to make final decisions. Other Reviews: To the person who posted about their price being higher than a "Build It" on the website, that happened to me too. The website however is just a MSRP (meaning "suggested") and I was unable to find a dealer that actually sold it for MSRP. With my rebates I *almost* got it down to that price. To the person who complained about the 300km's. I bought brand new. They advised me that out of the factory it has approximately 50km on it. They also may need to source it from a different city so whatever mileage it takes to get it here, will be put on your vehicle. I don't think you will ever get a vehicle where the odometer reads 0. I have never seen one at least. More
