No pressure, asked every little detail of what we wanted, went over the vehicle we purchased with great detail, made sure that any issues with the SUV were addressed, met our request for trade value on our SUV traded, gave us our price for the new SUV, and treated us the way a customer wants to be treated. He met us at the door when we arrived to pick up the newer SUV. It was spotless, all shined up and waiting for us. We love it!!! awefull As i was just trying to figure out why they wont provide a rental vehicle as my car i purchased from them new have 3 recalls and after 3 days of speak As i was just trying to figure out why they wont provide a rental vehicle as my car i purchased from them new have 3 recalls and after 3 days of speaking with them they finally decided to advise me they no longer offer rentals, and Nissan Canada advised me they will provide one on the same call, i was transferred to them and still nothing other then a condescending head of finance telling me 'buddy we dont have that anymore i was on vacation and policy changed we cannot offer that anymore" well im not your buddy i paid 40k for a car and expect it to be serviced properly, and hes acting on behalf of the manager for the dealership, the sad thing is ive had the car for 3 years and am shopping for a new car and this did nothing other then set me in a direction away from Nissan and Infinity! More
