I called ahead (I talked to Moe) to make sure that the car I was interested in was in the lot. He told me the car was there. I told him I would be there in 1 hour. I drove 1 hour to get to the dealershi car I was interested in was in the lot. He told me the car was there. I told him I would be there in 1 hour. I drove 1 hour to get to the dealership. When I arrived Moe was too busy, so they gave me Eliel Kasongo. I was told by Eliel someone had taken the car home the night before and they were off that day. Since I called ahead why didn’t they find this out before I arrived? I told them that I would be in Ottawa for another hour. They were able to get the car and I came back. I asked Eliel if the dealership would throw in weather tech mats. When we went to Sergio the sales manager the mats were charged full. Sergio took care of this for us. Eliel also told us that there were 2 keys with the car. When we picked up the car today, there was only one key. Sergio fixed that problem, but, we still don’t have the second key. They are going to call us on the key. Eliel did take time to connect my phone and help me with the display today before I left today which I appreciate. More
They should be proactive with their upcoming appointments to have appropriate parts in stock to prevent a comeback visit. They should value customers time wasted for return visits.
