Not only was the car exactly what he needed, but he also has an amazing warranty to help him maintain the condition. Roberto took the fear out of looking for a new car. He even had me driving something I am seriously considering within the next couple months. He gave me an offer that drew me in the Huntclub Nissan dealership. From the moment I walked in Huntclub Nissan, the hospitality was excellent. I was offered water and snacks while waiting in the lobby. After presenting herself and understanding that I wanted a Rogue, Lisa showed me all there is to know about the compact SUV. Did you know that Nissan has such a thing as ProPilot Assist? Nontheless, I didn't get it but that was intriguing. Ali was helpful as well. He helped me with all the financing despite having a lot on his plate. The only thing that you may find difficult with the dealership, is getting a hold of someone on the phone. That is due to the volume of clients they receive. If there's one thing that I tremendously appreciate, was how Lisa took the time out of her day and busy schedule to send me a surprise. Her branding is unique which sets her apart. In a way, it also shows that she cares about you and not just closing a deal. She remembers little details from your conversations, which shows that she's attentive and listens. She has a great sense of humour as well. Every time we talked to him he increased his offer until we could not say no. While the rest of the staff were great, i cannot give the dealership 5 stars unless we can give Hassan 6 - he's the best! Awesome Experience! I just picked up my 2018 Nissan Qashqai this morning and feel I received excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process. It started w I just picked up my 2018 Nissan Qashqai this morning and feel I received excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process. It started with Warwick Wong who showed me the car I had been researching and answered all of my questions (some even before I asked!) thoroughly, knowledgably and honestly. After taking the test drive, we discussed what I wanted. Warwick is warm and friendly and couldn’t be further from the “stereotypical car salesman”! I was then introduced to Ken Seger, one of the Sales Managers, to finalize the deal. He made me feel like I was the only customer there! Then I met Ediz Zor for the financing portion. Ediz was great and again, thorough, knowledgeable and honest! I had a little hiccup with the financing, having just started a new job after intermittent contract jobs, but he made it happen! I also spoke with Rachad El-Houssami on the phone who helped make the financing happen. Thanks guys!! I NEVER felt like I was being patronized or talked-down-to which happened at another dealership (different make) a few years back. If vehicle service (which, hopefully I won’t need for a while!) is as good as this experience, Hunt Club Nissan will have my loyalty for life! I intend to recommend them to everyone! Very pleasant experience, love my new Leaf Initially we went for a test drive with Lisa and fell in love with the car. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the car and couldn't do enough for us. We went out for a second test drive and joined the waiting list. We were expecting a 3-5 month wait, but there was a cancellation so we got our car in just over 3 weeks. We were very, very lucky. The fact that the Leaf is in such demand meant that we didn't feel we had much negotiation room. This may have made our experience a little more pleasant since they were getting full margin however at no time did I feel we were being taken advantage of. They charged us the MSRP without a lot of additional extras. Ediz sold us an extended warranty. There was some confusion over exactly what was covered (since this is an electric car and all the brochures were written for gas cars). He discovered that an additional optional coverage was needed but his boss was kind enough to throw in that additional coverage at the originally quoted price. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable so we would certainly deal with him again. Lastly, Lisa and Joe were there for us during the handover process and Lisa has followed up twice since we got the car a little over a week ago to make sure we weren't experiencing any issues. Overall we are very happy with the service we received. We really love Lisa and will be contacting her again when it comes time for another new car. Roberto took his time to go through the features again on delivery and offered to answer any additional questions we may have after the delivery (which we took him up on as we learn the features). Frustrating Did a lease transfer from myself to another party for a vehicle bought at this dealership. There were problems throughout the whole transaction. 1. It took weeks to get the paperwork for the transfer set up 2. When we arrived for a pre-arranged appointment to sign the lease transfer the person required wasn’t available and when he did show up, he couldn’t find the paperwork and seemed to know next to nothing about the transaction. 3, Nissan Canada continued to withdraw lease payments from my account since (according to Nissan Canada) the dealership had not submitted the paperwork. Nissan Canada also told me I would have to deal with the dealership (Hunt Club Nissan) 4. I spent 3 weeks trying to get the dealership to issue a cheque for the refund. No success and phone calls were never returned. 5. I went into the dealership and ended up talking to Nissan Canada about the refund - in spite of them previously telling me that I had to work with the dealership. 6. Still waiting for a cheque from Nissan Canada. More
