Vile people and terrible service. They lied to us, kept changing the price and refused to put anything in writing. Said there was only one Leaf available in Ottawa and there was a long waiting list. There were actually half a dozen we could buy right away, at other dealers. We felt sorry for the salesman Alp, it was his first day on the floor and he clearly didn't expect his boss Omar to lie so blatantly. They gave us a quote for our trade, then lowered it and said we remembered it wrong. A complete waste of time and energy. I will never buy a Nissan now. More
