Like the Dealership but don't like the surprise shop supplies/ oil disposal fees after the oil change and tire rotation are done. Would be nice to be told of these fees ahead of time. I had shown the $99.99 oil change coupon and 49.95 tire rotation coupons to the check in attendant; price changed to 54.99 for tire rotation and 10.95 extra ( which I wasn't told about ahead of time ) when I picked up the vehicle.
