The first day we went in and he was very forward and honest about the vehicles. He worked with us to find what we wanted, and then, not being great bargainers helped us to strike a good deal. I was impressed by his willingness to help us out at every single point of the sale. From what I could tell he is really just a great guy all around. More

Great people Ken isn't the stereotypical cars salesman. As soon as I met Ken I immediately felt as though I could trust him. He was happy to just sit and chat about options, and was more than willing to spend his time showing me the many features of their vehicles. At no time did I ever feel pressured or overwhelmed. I also had the pleasure of speaking to David about my financing options, and he made that experience feel like I was talking to an old friend. Great Purchasing Experience We had previous experience with Hunt Club Nissan through the Service Department for our 2007 Nissan Versa (which we had purchased in the GTA - where w We had previous experience with Hunt Club Nissan through the Service Department for our 2007 Nissan Versa (which we had purchased in the GTA - where we lived before moving to Ottawa). When we got the news that the Versa would need some costly repairs we had no hesitation of dealing with Hunt Club to purchase our new vehicle. The staff were friendly, fun, professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Each staff member we dealt with took the time to answer our questions and explain all the features of the vehicle and financing options. Specifically, Jason, Nik and Frank provided excellent customer service. We looked forward to dealing with them each time we visited the dealership while buying our new Rogue as they never applied any pressure to buy a certain Rogue trim model or options. More
