From then on Emmanuel handled all my questions/concerns and contract negotiations with impeccable professionalism. Then when car came in, his staff; Henry Jayeoba, Spencer Bird and Victor Mohammadi, finalised the final details and delivery handoff all in a very professional manner. I couldn’t ask for a better buying experienceI was so thrilled driving my new Passport home. More

If you want to waste your time and deal with people who don’t seem to care, this is the place to go. It’s been three days and they still haven’t been able to replace a single regular tire. I have no idea how much longer it will take. There’s been no coordination or communication — my calls and messages have been completely ignored. Overall, a very poor experience with this dealership. Have been getting service done for many years but am disappointed with the hidden “admin fee” of 15.49 plus tax which works out to more than 10% of the cost of my oil change. At no point until you pick up your car is this fee mentioned but anyone -When booking the appointment/ checking in at the kiosk. Feels sneaky the way the line item is added to the invoice. When I went to ask about it while picking up my car I was told it was implemented roughly a month ago to cover costs. Ever since changing from Sisley to Thornhill Honda they’ve gone downhill. I just recently traded my car on Honda thornhill which i also bought it as brand new. On the beginning they are so good and so all, but once the deal is done, you are no longer valuable to them. I went to follow up about the problem with the car i got, they keep on passing on different people and they said thet will call back on 10 minutes but never called. I keep on calling them but they dont answer calls already. This is the worst honda dealership I've been with. I will never recommend this branch. You will regret it I guarantee you. More
