Good price, bad customer service I bought a used car from Sisley for Honda today - here are the pros and cons of my experience: PROS - Best price I could find on a used Honda O I bought a used car from Sisley for Honda today - here are the pros and cons of my experience: PROS - Best price I could find on a used Honda Odyssey (2-3k less than comparable models elsewhere) - The car came with new tires and brakes CONS - Salesperson was 20 minutes late on the day of vehicle pick up - The car's interior was still dirty upon pick up, contrary to the agreed upon interior detailing that was to be done - Car mats were originally ordered, but the order was canceled a day later (they weren't built into the price). Initially the salesman said that that was fine. On the day of pick up however, the car mats were still installed in spite of my request and I was made to pay for them - Not one apology was offered for any of the above, much less any attempt made to remedy any of them All in all, good price, bad customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time I purchase a vehicle. More
Incompetent Terrible at diagnosing issues and when advising them, they supposedly repair it - only to have me come back another time to have it repaired again. I've gone to this dealership so many times it's absolutely ridiculous. My first problem started back in May 2015 when I advised them of unreasonable high gas consumption rate to the point that I would get approximately 300 km on a full tank for combined driving, regardless of whether it was summer or winter. They stated that everything was normal and blamed it on driving patterns. I come back in July (2015) and complain again and they stated they found no issues. I come back in May 2016 and complain yet again about the fuel consumption and they supposedly ran some tests that came negative again. I complain about the brakes again and they state the brakes are good. I come back in Aug 2016 and complain once again about the fuel consumption and they again state no issues, I complain about the brakes and they had to replace the calipers/pads/rotars. I go there yet again in Dec 2016 and complain once again and they claim to do a full check on it. I have all my gas receipts and proving how often I have to refuel. My consumption has gotten worse. The "ECO" button is useless. My brakes are now making noises again. I checked with a former Honda lead mechanic and said that they probably didn't check the fuel injection and reset the computer - both are major components at potentially resolving my never ending issue with the gas consumption. I have spent thousands of dollars paying for gas, and I have spent a lot of money for service that is continually sub-par. I have left my vehicle multiple times for extended stays and no one has actually driven it to the point that the gas is at halfway where it significantly deteriorates (this was mentioned to them as well). I most certainly was sold a lemon car (we bought a new Honda Civic 2013). I'm pretty close to going to another mechanic have them fix the problem and then when it resolves our consumption issues, I will simply take this to all the news sources since they feed on these kinds of stories. Misleading Service So after having my winter tires changed to my summer tires, I started noticing a sound coming from my rear right wheel. I came in the next day and inf So after having my winter tires changed to my summer tires, I started noticing a sound coming from my rear right wheel. I came in the next day and informed them of the sound to which Mike Smith, my service advisor, called the mechanic that worked on my car yesterday to come in and speak to me. He told me that there was a lot of rust on my tires and that was causing the sound and that I would have to machine the rotors and service the front brakes as well. When Mike Smith was ringing it up, he also said that we should change the brake pads as well, and the sum of all these services was around $560. Obviously at this point I wanted a second opinion because I wasn't sold on the explanation and since the mechanic had not even taken a look at my right rear wheel and was basing this all on what he saw the other day. After visiting another mechanic, within 30 minutes they figured it out that there was simply not enough grease on my brake components and proceeded to fix it. The noise is gone, and everything is working perfectly and it only cost me $40 at this other location. I will definitely not be back for my future service appointments at this location. More

Both men were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. They made us feel welcome with all our questions. Mike Nellis helped us choose the correct car for us, not just try and sell "a car". Mike made the entire experience positive with his no nonsense, no pressure approach which made it very easy to deal with him. He was dedicated to both Sisley and to the customer. He was truthful and honest, a sense that came across loud and strong. We have dealt with Sisley Honda for many years. This time it was our time for a new Honda Civic. Great Customer Experience Had my Honda in for an airbag replacement due to a recall. After my repairs I noticed two of my LED backlights on my dash were broken. I immediately w Had my Honda in for an airbag replacement due to a recall. After my repairs I noticed two of my LED backlights on my dash were broken. I immediately went back to George Joseph, one of the Service Advisors. He told me I should setup another appointment to get those fixed free of charge. When I came back for my second appointment I was told they need to order them in after they inspected the issue. During the inspection two more LED lights stopped working and Michael Lopez assured me that they'll cover the damages. Already setup an appointment when they'll fix all 4 lights for free. Honda Sisley cares about their customers. More
