Over 65 Year History Tainted by Sub-Par Customer Service I originally thought I would buy my used vehicle at Honda Sisley because it's been in existence for 3 generations (over 65 years). This dealership als I originally thought I would buy my used vehicle at Honda Sisley because it's been in existence for 3 generations (over 65 years). This dealership also seems to take a lot of pride in their brand, given the "Sisley" label they tack on each car sold. I don't usually write reviews, but I personally felt the need to inform other potential customers. I am disappointed and extremely frustrated with my experience there. Upon walking in, my parents and I walked around for 20 minutes without any Sales Managers or Product Advisors coming to assist us. We finally located one Product Advisor, who asked us to wait 10 minutes. Eventually we ran into another Product Advisor (Raymond Lam), who told us to wait 5 minutes but who never actually came back. Overall, we did not find the customer service to be particularly welcoming or friendly. After 20 minutes, the first Product Advisor finally came back to us and asked how he could help. By then, we had waited 40-45 minutes without receiving any staff assistance. We found this Product Advisor nice yet inexperienced and uneducated with regards to the vehicles he was trying to sell. Admittedly, he later disclosed it was his second day working at the dealership. By no means did he help in the selection of the vehicle I ended up purchasing. He was unable to gage our lifestyle needs and personal interests. He had a hard copy list of the available used vehicles, which he had us look over. I felt as though I was on my own, making my own decisions without any professional input. When we went for a test drive, he was unable to open the trunk of the vehicle. He had to get someone else to help open it. Back in the office, we would ask questions and he would have to run back and forth to get the answers from someone else. I do not necessarily blame this Product Advisor - it is the responsibility of Sisley Honda's management to properly train their inexperienced Product Advisors before unleashing them onto the sales floor. Perhaps new employees should shadow long-time employees for a given amount of time. A simple example would be the fact that this Product Advisor incorrectly verbalized that a $1,000 was required, when a manager later corrected him in saying the deposit is actually $2,000. After having settled on the vehicle I was going to purchase, we were then ushered to deal with a lady from the Financial department. She also disclosed she'd been with the dealership for less than a year, which was exemplified by her lack of product knowledge. I feel she didn't actually know the specifics of the warranty packages she was trying to have me purchase. Furthermore, on the vehicle agreement document she typed and printed out, I later found 3 errors. Most unacceptable is the fact that the purchase price was incorrectly inputted, indicating I was to buy the car for $2,000 more than the agreed upon price. Besides that, she had typed out the wrong mileage and gotten my email wrong. I am unsure how three errors can be made on one single-page document. As I type this, I have yet to even pick up my vehicle but I felt the need to disclose my vehicle-purchasing experience. This type of subpar service dampened my excitement of finally being able to purchase my car, after having worked so hard for years. The only positive comments I have are with regards to Victor Mohammadi, one of the new vehicle sales managers. He ended up having to assist the Product Advisor with aspects of the paperwork. He was also friendly and professional. More

Ordering incorrect part, not even willing to compensate First of all, I will NEVER EVER go back here it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Few days ago I went to the serv First of all, I will NEVER EVER go back here it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Few days ago I went to the service centre because my trunk door wasn't opening. The trunk door wouldnt open automatically nor manually, so i was unable to use my trunk at all for about 7 days. When I first dropped in they told me my warranty would cover the cost of fixing the trunk door, and diagnosis itself took 3 hours. On the next visit (which was the visit that I made because they called me and told me that the part they needed was in), I waited for more than an hour only to hear that they ordered the wrong part and they just told me to go back. I run my own business so time is really literally gold for me, so for them to have just wasted my time like that I was extremely upset. When I told the representative that I was upset that I had to waste my time here due to their mistake they asked me how they can compensate me. So I told them I would like to have more mileage on my car and they said they will definitely take this into consideration and let me know the next time I have to come in when they got the right part for my car. Few days later they called me in to get my car fixed (for real this time). I went in only to be told by the field manager (his name was Michael Lopez - Who was the same person that promised me that he will take my request into consideration regarding the mileage) that I was verbally "abusing" their employee and he was bluntly refusing to compensate me in any way. Like WHAT? What kind of customer service is this? YOU ARE THE ONE WHO MADE A MISTAKE IN THE BEGINNING AND as a customer I have every right to voice my concerns and let you know how you can improve for your own good. I guess Honda employees think that whatever bad happens they have to blame their customers and tell them that they are "abusing" their employees and not even look back on how they could improve on their behaviour and their service. The overall operation of the centre was extremely unorganized too. Even today the representative working there was a prime example of the miscommunication among themselves (she told me to just take back my car even though my car was still not fixed.) Also when I came back for the second time which was today they didn't even bother looking into my previous files and they thought that I was coming in for maintenance and not to fix my car so I had to explain everything from the beginning. You guys seriously need to look into how you can improve communication among your own staff and how you can better treat customers the way they're supposed to be treated. You guys wasted so much of my time here and I can't run my business until I have my car. Once I have my car fixed I am never ever ever ever coming back to the centre for the TERRIBLE service. WARNING to everyone who owns a Honda car: do not go to this Honda Sisley at Steeles Ave., West Centre EVER for your own sake. More

My regular salesman tried to help me on a good deal or maybe not, fleet manager didn't even bother to try meet in the middle with the pricing. Can't do it was the answer and sent me home after making me wait long hours. And I know they have taken enough profit from past 2 vehicles. I will get the next Honda from some other dealership. More
Don't buy any car, Worst Dealership Never ever buy a car from this dealership. I bought lot of new car in my lifetime, never had such a bad experience buying a new car. First time when Never ever buy a car from this dealership. I bought lot of new car in my lifetime, never had such a bad experience buying a new car. First time when I come to shop all the sales persons have been busy they toke me cell number, waited for 20 minutes and left the place no body ever called me, it's close to my home so I come again. On second visit a purchased a car, sales person is very nice before the buy, after you buy the car not friendly at all, and always busy no time for the customer, the same store with the rest of the people in this dealership everybody is busy no time for customers, if you call takes forever to get answered and if you leave a message nobody will call you back. They give me a feeling that they care only about the money that they want you to pay. I just don't understand HONDA CANADA doesn't read this feedback, it they would read it, maybe they will close the dealership or make drastic changes More

Mr. Shayan Ahadi that we are sincere buyers, please don't try to trick us into anything, just be honest with us and the purchase will happen. We did not even need any financing, however unfortunately Mr. Shayan along with his fellow manager Mr. Victor Mohammadi still used the old sleazy ways some dealers to this day do to make a sales. He wanted our credit card from the beginning as he put it "simply just to have it". We tried to explain to him once we agree on the price we have no problem giving out our credit card and putting down a payment, however he won't have it, he said "we are not committed". I mean why would anyone want to give their credit card if the purchase is not finalized, if we are not happy with the pricing what is the point of having our credit card, unless you want to hook and force us to make the purchase. Crookery won't work. We will alert other potential buyers to be aware. It's not 1980's anymore we can leave reviews good or bad and pass on the information. I hope one day the car sales people and dealerships also get a proper governing body like Real Estate Council Of Ontario for real estate agents to stop this fraudulent ways of dealing with buyers. What happened to honesty and integrity?!. More
