They are very knowledgeable and they took the time to explain all of the options and answered every question I had. Compared to other dealerships, this was a pleasant surprise and a great experience. They were clear about the process and they were no surprises they delivered a crisp manual, Honda Accord sport with all the trimmings. They're customer service begins as soon as you call as you are greeted by a polite receptionist willing to assist. When you reach the dealership you maybe greeted by Ron who will most likely offer you a coffee and make sure you have what you're looking for. I trust that all the sales associates are great but I had the pleasure of dealing with Leo D. He was knowledgeable and made recommendations and when I had any concerns he made himself available to assist and was never more then a phone call or text away. He endured that while my car was getting ready that I was set up with a rental so that I could carry on with my day to day activities. When I did get my new ride he made sure all my questions were answered and showed me all the relevant/cool features and buttons to make driving so much fun.
