Brought my car in for servicing for a starter but when I picked up the car, left with engine light on, shifter light not changing state, car jumping back and forth in first gear...These issues were never th picked up the car, left with engine light on, shifter light not changing state, car jumping back and forth in first gear...These issues were never there before but Honda didn't want to take responsibility for their mistakes nor would they admit being at fault for these issues. Rob the shop forman in the service dept said he would work with me to fix the problem but, these were false promises. The manager Mike suggested he would give me 10% off to fix these new issues that would have cost almost another $900. So much for the customer is always right. I am left to fix these issues that should be the responsibility of Honda. I guess proper customer service is not their forte! Please think twice about taking your vehicle here for servicing. Find a reputable mechanic that you can trust. More
Totally robbed by Molly the finance manager may be she sold extra noun needed deal with car to me but when i try to cancel Those policies they make fool of me and rejected my request that i can’t cancel sold extra noun needed deal with car to me but when i try to cancel Those policies they make fool of me and rejected my request that i can’t cancel the policy after month the policy i bought was tire and rim road hazard for almost 500 dollars that was tottaly waste i think choosing other dealership will be the best option otherwise study properly before entering their dealership because finance department is totally robbing someone’s hard earned money and if you call them after buying car then you will not get any answer …. Beware to buy car from here? More
