Not what it used to be. I used to love the place. It use to be a friendly place when it was on Lakeshore. Now it feel very cold like a factory. Staff not the same. I used to love the place. Obviously the one thing that stands out it is clean and very spacious. Not say that there was anything wrong at previous Marino location. The service staff are very friendly helpful and not pushy. Considering my last visit to replace the radiator and thermostat on an almost 20yr old Honda Element. All things considered I appreciate that I was pressured to replace other things although I'm very religious about the service to my vehicle. And yes I'm realistic that after + 430,000kms a vehicles useful life must come to an end. Although I wish Honda would reconsider bringing back the Honda Element. Pipe dream, but one can only hope. I was impressed with the dealer. My only issue was when I picked up the car I reviewed the wrong add on for the trunk. I had a great experience with you and in the beginning of the process but the day I picked up the vehicle there was a miscommunication with the accessory for the trunk. I wanted the trunk cover and I got the trunk protector part and when I told the finance representative I was told to pay the difference and all the original “niceness” was gone. I felt the niceness was fake and just to make the sale. I get it that this is ones livelihood but I was not the one that made the error. I didn’t appreciate that all efforts made to make the sale went out the window after the sale was made. The young man who helped show us about the car was super friendly and knowledgeable and I would give him a 10/10 score. Therefore, I am not filling out the survey because i was not 100% satisfied. I actually purchased the trunk cover elsewhere. More
