Great Service across all departments!! Bought New 2016 Focus in January from Ryan Senior (sales manager), had to have a body shop visit is March due to a fender bender, Shane had my Focus F Bought New 2016 Focus in January from Ryan Senior (sales manager), had to have a body shop visit is March due to a fender bender, Shane had my Focus Fixed and back on the road in record time. Sooner than quoted. Had my first service appointment in July and they were able to work around my schedule. I was able to drop it off in the morning before work, Rod had it arranged that Larry the shuttle driver would drop me off at my work and pick me up on my lunch when my car was ready. they made everything very convenient, as well the Vehicle report card was a easy to understand layout of what needs to be done later on. (on an new vehicle not much, however Rob explained that as time goes on their will be note to let me know when/what things need to be completed). This is a fantastic thing, then there shouldn't be to many surprises down the road. More
