Took truck in because rear defrost was not working. I feel the work they did could have been done in one fourth of the time I was charged for. Feel bamboozled Went in for a escape left with a focus. We were promised so much, so we thought we wouldn’t mind sticking with another car for a while. When our car was delivered it had very little of what we were promised and to top it off there was damage to the interior, which when we told them about it they gave us the impression that they thought we did it. We had won a hundred dollar accessories gift card that we had to beg them to finally give to us. Along with the deal for the car we were offered free winter tires which obviously we accepted which once again we had to beg them to finally put on after 3 weeks of owning the car in the middle of December. I feel like we were taken advantage of. We were offered nothing in compensation for accepting a car in which wasn’t originally agreed upon, I wasn’t asking for the world but I thought a hundred dollar gas card could go a long way to mend fences, but was told “ there’s nothing we can do, take it or leave it” . I’m not at all happy with our service and can’t get over the feeling like we made a bad decision, we love ford and will continue to buy ford but it’s my promise and my word that it will never be from Hollis More
