We were initially looking for a 'new to me' car from a lot in Peterborough... something a few years old and had a bit of a wish list and a monthly budget.....talked to a few dealers; only one actually got back and we went in to be pre-qualified. -ended up in Fraserville with someone trying to push a car on us that didn't meet our needs or budget.. and not at all the car we'd inquired about on-line. Contacted Holiday Ford on a Monday morning ...... drove away extremely satisfied with our brand new purchase on Thursday after work. Sales Specialist - Laurie Killingbeck Mcgee and Financial Wizard - Justin O'Dette, gave us options to make our dream a 'reality'. Rip off pricing for oil change I had an oil change done on an f250 diesel. I asked for 2 jugs of def. I was told one was included. This service at other local Ford dealers was $165 I had an oil change done on an f250 diesel. I asked for 2 jugs of def. I was told one was included. This service at other local Ford dealers was $165 to $180. holiday for charged for both jugs of def when one was supposed to be included. The price was $212. I think I was ripped off. More
