I asked the body shop to look at premature rust. I was told on the phone that it might be covered and to bring it in, which I did. When I arrived, I was dismissed quickly and treated rudely...basically t told on the phone that it might be covered and to bring it in, which I did. When I arrived, I was dismissed quickly and treated rudely...basically told I was nuts. Rick didn't take time to explain anything about what was happening to my vehicle. I would have appreciated more detail about the rust, the type, what was covered/not and why. I was just basically dismissed. When I called to ask to talk with a manager, Rick tried to convince me he was the manager...of the whole place! It wasn't about the money to fix it, nor about the warranty. Its about being treated poorly and dismissed without any concern for customer service. They basically don't care, particularly if you have bought a car and are coming back for service that's not going to make them any money. I won't be back. More
