All aspects of the financing was explained thoroughly so I knew I was making the right choice. Over in service department I have to give a big thanks to Sean, drive thru manager. Trevor Dunkley and Dan Knight, service advisers. Also the team of service technicians. I had some issues with one of my first vehicles purchased and these guys would listen to my concerns and did not stop until all was resolved. They all went the extra mile to make sure that not only was I happy owning a Ford, but a Highbury Ford. Thanks guys! Sometimes things happen, and that is where Sean Kinnear, body shop manager comes in. Not only was he very helpful, but his team took my "bad day" with my vehicle and made it a great day! They returned my vehicle back to showroom new in 3 days and the work was perfect! I drove GM vehicles since I was a teen, was a GM owner thru and thru. One day I decided on a change and I'm glad I did. Not only am I happy with my Current vehicle, a Explorer Sport, but the team at Highbury Ford make me feel like I made the right choice.
