Jan was fantastic: pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable, and Gene was great as well! We received fair value for our trade and ended up with a nice new ride. Jan and Gene are the dream team! Skip Calgary and go to High River! More
Thank you to Jan, Dylan and Antoney who put together our purchase of a new vehicle. We are pleased with the end result. We wanted to make our purchase to support a local High River Dealer. As a courtesy, every vehicle we have ever owned whether it was new or used, under warranty or not, a Toyota or Honda product has always been returned washed and cleaned by all of the dealerships that hav it was new or used, under warranty or not, a Toyota or Honda product has always been returned washed and cleaned by all of the dealerships that have ever serviced our vehicles. This inexpensive, quick and simple gesture; that may take only 10 minutes to complete, goes a long way to demonstrate that you are invested in quality customer care! This act of kindness can also help with the retention of your existing customers and recruitment of new customers. It will motivate customers to return to that particular dealership because it shows that they are customer centric and are invested in the customer -dealership relationship. It shows that the customer is paramount in all that they do! As customers, we invest a lot of money into the maintenance of our vehicles. This is why I was deeply disappointed to pick up my vehicle today from the High River Toyota dealership. A courtesy that use to be extended to me when my vehicle was under warranty wherein the outside of my vehicle was washed was not honored today now that my vehicle is off warranty as of this month. It may be something that is not of any consequence to you High River Toyota - Service dept. but to me - it demonstrates to me that you no longer value me as a customer now that my vehicle is no longer under warranty. It also demonstrates to me if something as simple as taking 10 Minutes to wash my vehicle is not important ; my overall vehicle and its maintenance may not be really important to you either. As a result : You have lost a loyal customer. Deeply disappointed in the lack of quality customer care. Shelly M. More
