Anish , I apologise for the delay, we were under the impression that you sent your email on Saturday evening on the long weekend and that you are in the USA at the moment so phoning wasn’t an option. We understand that you wanted a quick reply as we normally do, we did call when we got the email today Tuesday. I understand that Terry our GSM has spoken to you and is helping you out and you are going to call our service Manager tomorrow so that he can help you out. A big thank you to Brett and Terry for taking care of the issue. Brett, the service manager is an amazing individual and I am positive that everything would be taken care of now! High River Toyota has great customer service and apparently there was some miscommunication which led me to an impression that they didn't wanted to resolve the issues with my vehicle. But, it's being worked upon now and thanks for getting me the same color and model of vehicle to drive while my car is being fixed(nobody knows I'm not driving my own car, hahaha). Thank you guys!!

In regards of the small door dent, at the time of delivery, we set you up with a mobile paintless repair company.
