Impolite and argumentative sales staff I was disappointed in the focus on only my husband when we arrived at the dealership yesterday. Someone named Nick introduced himself but could not r I was disappointed in the focus on only my husband when we arrived at the dealership yesterday. Someone named Nick introduced himself but could not remember our last name and did not remember my first name. He then found a salesman to assist us and he called my husband Mr. "first name" and I was given no introduction at all. I felt it was disrespectful but then it got worse. The salesman started to be confrontational about something very small and argue with me. Perhaps my sense of sexism at this location was what made me leave but on the way out I asked if they had a business card as I wanted to call and discuss my experience of terrible customer service with the manager and the receptionist looked like a deer in headlights and said "no we don't have business cards". I left my husband and said he could find me in the car waiting to leave. I will never come back to this location. We have been here before and never had any issues and were treated respectfully but I just read that they are under new management since 2014. They give the appearance of simply not coping and worse they have no sense of the proper way to treat a potential new customer. Left there and carried on to our next stop at Ken Shaw. More
Unrespectful manager I can say worst location because of this 2 guys. When I purchased my car they did not provide me with the correct owners manual for my vehicle. The service department does not offer any type of shuttle service or rental options. There was a grinding noise coming from my fan, I drove over an hour to the dealership and they didn't even look at it before telling me "It's a typical Nissan issue". I had my winter tires put on and they failed to secure one of the bolts on my front tire. The service level at this dealership can be summed up in one word: LAZY More
