DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I recently bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue with 78,000 km on it from them. While negotiating with the salesman, I asked for a new set of tires DEALERSHIP. I recently bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue with 78,000 km on it from them. While negotiating with the salesman, I asked for a new set of tires to be included with the car. The salesman Michael (who was courteous I must say) assured me that given the number of km on the car, the original tires will most certainly have been replaced. "Besides" he said, "we are the original Nissan dealer in Toronto, and we have a reputation to uphold, so don't worry". When I requested to take the car to my mechanic for inspection, I should have seen the red flag waving madly. "Oh we don't do that any more. We had experiences with customers driving off with the car!" Did you ever hear such baloney?! I was desperate for a car, and the price was decent, so I ignored my misgivings. Then the Manager who finalized the deal with me, pressured me to buy the extended warrant package, which I firmly turned down. A few weeks later, I purchased a set of winter tires from my mechanic. He said to me, "the tires on the car are in terrible shape. They barely pass the safety inspection. One is on the borderline, and the others not much better". I contacted OMVIC who told me to get a letter from my mechanic as to the condition of the tires. I then contacted Michael, who replied, "bring them in. Don't worry We'll take care of it." Well, other than Michael who WAS courteous, all the so called "managers" who I was introduced to, with left a lot to be desired in customer relations. I said that I was misled into thinking I would be getting a good set of tires, and would not have agreed to the deal, had I known. "Well, it's your mechanics word against ours", was their reply. Seeing as to how I was getting nowhere, I informed them that I would be contacting OMVIC. They did not seem very concerned. "Go ahead, by all means", was their reply. Was this what Michael meant by "taking care of it"? Needless to say, I would not deal with them again, and I intend to pursue the matter with OMVIC. Please do yourself a favour, and DO NOT DEAL with them. If you must, make sure you have everything in black and white. I for one would not even trust them for that. More

Brought our car in and without even looking at anything said that the work we needed done was not covered. Took a quick trip to the warranty lady to find out it was completely covered. Transmission went and originally were quoted 9k then when he thought we were stuck with them the price went to 12k!! Charged us to tow it from the basement but when we picked it up they drove it. Took it to another Nissan dealership who did the work for less than the quote we were given here. Stay away!!! More
If I could have given a rating lower than one, it would have. The service department did not tell me to pay for parts in advance and when I took my car in for the scheduled appointment, they waited a half have. I told them to only do the one job and not order any parts in for the other and I would find someone else to do that work. They tried to upsell me on unnecessary work and then tried to charge me for the parts they ordered when i specifically said not to do order any. They don’t return calls and lie to cover their incompetence. I would t have let them do anything except the tire had to be replaced in order to drive the car. Worst customer experience ever! More
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT NISSAN HIGH PARK AND ITS SALES MANAGER ENRIQUE BANOS. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE. They don’t care about customer satisfaction; they only care about closing sales, no matter SALES MANAGER ENRIQUE BANOS. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE. They don’t care about customer satisfaction; they only care about closing sales, no matter what. They made me sign some paperwork (an offer to finance) and pay a deposit. They never told me what the documents were for I signed or whether they would refund my money. I didn’t even know if I was eligible for a car loan under my International Student status in Canada, and that’s what I wanted to find out, my monthly loan payments and car insurance cost. When I attempted to withdraw and get my money back, I was treated unrespect fully by the Sales Manager Enrique Banos, who didn’t want to refund my money because he argued I signed a “final sale.” The car hasn’t even been plated; the insurance company is quoting over $600; they didn’t reach the conditions I told them I needed as per my budget, and the agreement with the lender is not even signed. They are just retaining my money in an abusive manner. I came over to Enrique’s office to ask for my deposit. Still, he was so reluctant, arrogant and rude, and he pointed out that he could only help me by offering a cheaper vehicle from the dealership. Otherwise, he will want us to get into a legal dispute. Please stay away from this dealership! !!!, everything sounded very fishy, pointing to the fact that they tried to screw me out, telling me that I will need to change the whole transmission !!!, everything sounded very fishy, pointing to the fact that they tried to screw me out, telling me that I will need to change the whole transmission for the cost of about $7500 when one of the parts of the transmission according to them was defective. Still, I found out that the part could be replaced without changing the whole transmission and the cost would've been way cheaper. I ended up paying about $160 for the computer test that was supposedly done on the car, because of course I did not accept repairing the car there and at the price they said. On the same day took the car to another place for a second opinion and they told me that my car was perfectly running and that there was nothing wrong with the transmission. So I guess they wanted to scare me with the price so I would decide on exchanging my car for another one from the same dealer, or declining to repair it because of the high cost, which entitled them to charge me the $160, being this one of the ways of getting money for nothing from the customers. More

THEY PUSH YOU FOR UNNECESSARY SERVICE SAYING YOU HAVE TO DO IT BECAUSE ITS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. WHAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! GO FOR SECOND OPINION. AFTER SERVICED THEY PARKED MY CAR UNATTENDED 3 BLOCK AWAY FROM THE SERVICE BULDIND. CAR WAS NOT SANITIZED AT ALL. MECHANIC GOT OFF FROM MY CAR WEARING EXTREMELY DIRTY UNIFORM SAYING MY CAR IS READY TO GO. I ASKED FOR DESINFECTING WIPES AND SADLY THEY HAD NO WIPES. IT TOOK THEM 10 MINUTES TO FIND DESINFECTING SPRAY. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!THIS IS CASE FOR HEALTH CANADA INSPECTOR. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!! More

I have bought 2 Nissan Sentras from this dealership, and have been loyal to their services for 4 years. I had originally made the purchase with an outstanding Sales Rep named Marko, he was extremely kind, h have been loyal to their services for 4 years. I had originally made the purchase with an outstanding Sales Rep named Marko, he was extremely kind, humble, and caring enough to meet my requirements with my first car purchase. Unfortunately he left the High Park Location and moved elsewhere, and that's where my experience went downhill. Within those 4 years I have been treated with extremely poor customer service. They seem very uninterested in you as a customer, and more concerned as to what packages/services they can charge you for. After returning my lease of 4 years, I was told directly from the leasing manager that I should not have problems with Nissan Canada, and if a problem was to arise, that I would be notified within the time frame of 2 weeks (due to COVID, inspections no longer happen on site whilst you being present, therefore you have no certainty that any damages are exactly your fault or not, within that time frame; I advise anyone to be extremely careful with this new procedure that Nissan has been implementing on their customers.)no one notified me at all, so I thought that everything would be alright. 2 months later I received a ridiculous liability statement with outrageous dealer priced charges, for things that are very minimal and no one could verify that they were my fault or not. As I brought back my car in impeccable shape (4 year lease mind you). I contacted the leasing manager that dealt with my end of lease from High Park Nissan and he just told me that it is out of his hands and he could not assist me directly in any way as the car had already been bought back by Nissan Canada and sold to a different customer. He said he couldn’t do anything for me, showing me that they no longer care for the customers needs once the deal gets closed. The secretary who answered the phone was not friendly or helpful at all. I want to say thank you to this dealership for the experience, but I will no longer support Nissan as a company, nor will I advise anyone to support them either. More
