A very messy experience i have been looking for a car for about 4 months know. it seemed that everytime i had almost made a decision, a better deal came along. The only person in that whole dealership who seemed to actually appreciate the customer was him! He was knowledgeable about the car and gave a thourough test drive. When it came down to number crunching, My father and I were looking for the best deal possible, and we tried our best to find that. when it came to price adjustments, the manager (i think Tom?) came over to deal with us. He was very arrogant, and full of himself. statements like "its just another sale, if you dont like the price go somewhere else." For someone who has worked at the dealership for over 8 years, he was also unaware that a customer can take over someone elses financing. Bottom line: he made us feel like we were doing HIM a favour by buying a car from the dealership. Regardless of all this we liked Ryan, and the car so we decided to move forward. The car was supposed to be picked up a week later. 2 days before, i received a phone call from the receptionist letting me know there was a recall on the car and it had to be fixed, so itll be a few more days. When i asked her why i wasnt informed of this before paying, she stated "it was public knowledge, you could of googled it." Again, it seems like everyone at this dealership is doing me a favor! Ryan called, apologized, and said he understood why we felt the way we did. In conclusion: Ryan is great, but Tom the manager is very arrogant and unappreciative of business. The only good part was they gave us our money back. More
Avoid this dealership if you are looking to buy new car I have stopped with my wife at the St. Catharines Honda dealership the last week of August, 2016 as I was looking to buy 2016 Honda Accord (seeing all I have stopped with my wife at the St. Catharines Honda dealership the last week of August, 2016 as I was looking to buy 2016 Honda Accord (seeing all ads and assuming that with the 2017 model already in the showrooms, available deals were out there. I left the dealership after 5 minutes as the sales manager, Tom Lim did not even wanted to work with me, he was going thru some cards, balancing them to the computer and once I told him what I was looking for, he simply said: "Sorry buddy, I have no 2016 Accords left." This was pretty odd to me as prior to going to the dealership I have checked their web site and they had around Five 2016 Accords listed. My guess is that they didn't update the website so they can get the clients in. When I mentioned that to the sales manager, he didn't say anything just told me "Good Luck" I made a remark to him to fix the website as it's not ethical wasting people's time. Two days later, I ended up buying 2016 Mercedes. I guess the Honda Henley staff needs to go see how Performance Mercedes is treating customers and most importantly know how to sell their product. More

A call to my contact person at Henley Honda quickly remedied that. Erin Sammy made the process clear and enjoyable. It was the silver lining in the storm cloud of the accident. The price point was made manageable and our family now heads into the new year in a 2015 CRV. Henley Honda and Erin Sammy get our highest recommendation. More

Took me on a great test drive, and explained so much about the HRV, Once I ordered the car they told me it would take approximately 4 weeks or so but they found one within a week. First Car, Great Experience Called in about a car, and even though it was sold, Dan helped me find a great car with barely any clicks on it. They made the whole process seamless, and Dan was avaliable whenever I called him. Kinda angry at myself for getting suckered into the extended warranty, but they helped me see the value in it. The only (somewhat) negative comment I have is that the used car's filterd came cleaned out by airtrona, and the price was on top of the advertised price, even though I did not have a choice on whether I wanted the service or not. But they were willing to help out on the price of the car, warranty and tint. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. And while I may have spent a little more than expected, I left content and confident in my purchase. Would definitely recommend. More

i had a great experience since the first day i walked in!!!! I got my car from Henley Honda four years ago but I keep going back for service or repair. I live in welland and there is a Honda dealership just 2 mi I got my car from Henley Honda four years ago but I keep going back for service or repair. I live in welland and there is a Honda dealership just 2 minutes away from my house and believe me I tried it but they can't make even a functional schedule for me and now I gave up on them. therefore I called Henley Honda to book an appointment for service and turned out that my car needed more than that and had to leave my car there over night, Barry made sure I had a way to get home that evening, a way to get to work the next morning and didn't miss any of my daily activities as I do many activities outside my work site. their staff's understanding of individual customers needs is just beyond my expectations.
