Our experience got even better as we were later introduced to Levi the Sales Representative. He was exactly what we look for in a Car Salesman....friendly, full of helpful information, willing to answer our questions and not pushy at all. He spent 3 weeks searching for the CRV that we had in mind. It was so exciting when he found just what we were looking for. The paper work at Henley Honda is kept simple with no crazy hidden costs. When we picked it up, Levi patiently went through all of the features of the vehicle and even hooked up my phone to the system. He is a super friendly and topnotch Salesman. Apparently, Henley Honda underwent new ownership in 2022 and it shows. I purchased my Pilot there in 2012 and did all required service for the last 10 years. In February, they told me I was due for a B14 and it shows. I purchased my Pilot there in 2012 and did all required service for the last 10 years. In February, they told me I was due for a B14 service at a cost of $1730 plus tax. Last week, I called to make the appt and they told me the B14 was $1800 taxes included. I asked for a written estimate and the B14 became $2045 plus tax. That was a $500 difference from the previous day! Really? Good luck to the new ownership. I will take my business elsewhere. More

I mentioned it to one of management people the response was you will know better in future and they are correct I will know to go to another dealer first More

I was offered $7,000 to trade in my vehicle towards a new purchase. I sold same car privately for $12,000. When you don't treat your customers well, they no longer stay your customers. Service is not reliable, always trying to up sell their services. After 3 months had to go back for the same service after just paid 700. It's time for an update to the review I posted a few years ago. Since that review I have leased a new 2018 Honda Ridgeline and everything went extremely well. I took it back to Henley Honda exclusively years ago. Since that review I have leased a new 2018 Honda Ridgeline and everything went extremely well. I took it back to Henley Honda exclusively for service and they kept it running like it was new. Then today I returned the Ridgeline and purchased a 2020 Honda CRV. The sale went smoothly and when I picked up the vehicle, it was flawless. Honda is so dedicated to the build that one would find it difficult to match the quality. Once again the staff were incredible and this time Brayden was the sales representative that closed this deal.
