Our family ordered 2 cars from this dealership. On the first one, the sales employee lied to me about the delivery date of my car. He showed me paperwork saying the car was already built and on i On the first one, the sales employee lied to me about the delivery date of my car. He showed me paperwork saying the car was already built and on its way from Asia and I should have it in 6 weeks. All other honest dealers were quoting 3-4 months delivery. So I bought it and it was only delivered 5 months later. Total lie by the salesman just to make the sale. On the second car we purchased here, the final contract was made and signed by the Sales Manager and finance person for the car and the interest rate was 2.99% on the contract and guaranteed against any rise in interest rates. When the car came in they sent us a new contract but the rate was now 4.99%. When we questioned it, the Sales Manager told us "the person who made the contract does not work here anymore" suggesting the contract was not valid anymore and when we pressed the issue, he said he was not going to sell us the car anymore because we were "too much trouble". We were forced (extorted) to take the 4.99% or not get the car we had waited for 4 months to get. When we contacted Hyundai Canada about this fraud we were told that it is entirely up to the dealer to charge what they want and that Hyundai Canada would not get involved. So it seems dealers can not respect signed contracts and that's OK with Hyundai Canada and with this dealerships management. Now we are stuck with a payment of $30/mth more for 5 years due to this unlawful and immoral dealership. I suggest you don't buy there. More

Best dealership I have ever dealt with! I recently purchased a used car from Hawkesbury Hyundai and am very happy with my experience. Everyone that I met there was very pleasant. In particul I recently purchased a used car from Hawkesbury Hyundai and am very happy with my experience. Everyone that I met there was very pleasant. In particular, my salesman Yanick literally went the extra mile in delivering the car to me. I live a substantial distance from Hawkesbury and Yanick offered to meet up with me at the halfway point to deliver the car. That saved me a lot of time. Yanick seems like a straight shooter without playing a lot of games. I was able to negotiate a very good price in relation to the market value for the vehicle and I am not particularly good negotiator. There are many other little things that Yanik took care of to make sure that everything on the vehicle was in working order. In short, this was the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership and would purchase there again. More
