The service Mark provided was quite literally the best service we could have asked for. From beginning to end he was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and flexible to work with. He went above and beyond his duty and found the exact vehicle we wanted despite being very limited availability. He also made arrangements to deliver our vehicle to us. We were very shocked by this gesture and extremely grateful. Despite living a further distance from Hawkesbury Hyundai, I would go the distance to work with Mark again. He really made the difference in our deal and left us with a very favourable view of Hyundai. Mark's positive attitude is a very valuable addition to any team and we hope he gets to read what we think of him. Working in business for many years now, it was a refreshing experience to deal with someone who takes great pride in their job and really cares about the people he is dealing with. Thank you Mark. My haunted Volkswagen golf 8 months ago I recently purchased a Volkswagen golf city 2009 from this dealership, I met a seller representative and I will never forget this guy's n 8 months ago I recently purchased a Volkswagen golf city 2009 from this dealership, I met a seller representative and I will never forget this guy's name Brian Chabot. For my first car this had to be my worst nightmare , at first I test drove it , seemed pretty good car , has a lot km for an used one. I decided I wanted to buy it. Brian Chabot the pretending to be your friend just so he could pocket his commission money , he told the car has no problem, everything is tested and certified . As soon I bought the car, it is one thing after another, brakes, battery , the car won't even start. Just to let you know it's been only 8 months and the car is just sitting outside I can't even drive it so thank you Brian Chabot for selling me a piece of junk . You knew Brian that the car had all issues but you just didn't care .for those who want to buy a car at this place go ahead , but for me my second car won't be bought at this place . They screwed me over didn't fix anything and sold me a garbage to drive . This dealership is making money on people and not being honest about the conditions of the car they are selling but I understand I learned my lesson . Thank you brian Chabot for letting me have the worst experience of my life with my first car . Hope the pocket money is worth it for all those lies you told me about this car that was supposed to be drivable. More
