We had a very poor experience taking our truck to get repaired here. Incompetent and dishonest! We had to contact Chrysler Canada to get our truck fixed and to have our truck's warranty honoured. We went from a $400 dollar diagnosis, to a $3000 diagnosis and then to a $15000 diagnosis and all was wrong and false! Such incompetence and dishonesty needs to be reprimanded. It's shameful that a business like this continues to operate! More

The "SERVICE" is absolutely the worst. I could write a book on my negative service. The final straw was an 18" Black scratch on my white bumper when in for service. Told they would have it fixed for me when they had a loaner vehicle for me in about 10 wks. as it is now 17 wks. as I am tired of calling them. This is the 2nd time in for service that my new car has gotten damaged. Not only this but the way they trick you into doing more work that isn't even done. Must say some very upsetting times. Must say the quality of service and customer satisfaction definitely isn't something that Harris Chrysler has to offer. More

Got tricked into showing up there to talk to Madalyn, who never even had the courtesy to say anything to us. Just passed us off to Nichole. Basically they are fraudulent, lying & a pure pawn-shop-like scam. Dealt with these people before (maintenance/service department)...recently had to travel a distance to do a recall part...then they said they were missing a part but, lo and behold, found that I 'need' $5000 in repairs...and then tried to hustle me into buying a new car....took vehicle back to my home city, had it looked at and the mechanic said "they are full of s___t"....he took photos and had their written report to review....I am a professional and am forwarding this to my law firm as it is a deliberate attempt to defraud under $10,000 Never use this dealership! I have to admit the buying experience of my Jeep Compass was horrible. I actually took it back a few days after buying it wanting my old Jeep Liberty back.. of course they wouldn’t do that for me.
