The Harris Dodge Dealership in Langford has tried to rip me off. They made a deal with me, we agreed on the numbers and I put a $5000 deposit down. They then called me back just before I was supposed to pic me off. They made a deal with me, we agreed on the numbers and I put a $5000 deposit down. They then called me back just before I was supposed to pick up the new vehicle stating they messed up and they were missing 4-5000 dollars on the overall deal. They wanted me to pay it or no deal. What a bunch of Crooks with a capital C. I hope people read this and stay clear of those crooks especially Veterans on a pension like myself. In May/June 2022, we were selling our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was contacted by Harris Victoria CDJ by a salesman named Ryan. He wanted me to drive out to the lot to discuss a Harris possibly purchasi Cherokee. I was contacted by Harris Victoria CDJ by a salesman named Ryan. He wanted me to drive out to the lot to discuss a Harris possibly purchasing the vehicle. I told him I wasn't going to waste my time if I was going to be lowballed. He assured me I wouldn't be. When I got there, I was offered $4000 less than what my asking price was on Auto Trader. I wasted over an hour of my weekend time with my family just to be insulted. I will never work with this company, no matter what the circumstances are. (Ps. I sold it for $500 less than my asking price.) More

Sales managers are the sterio typical car salesmen that people have learned to hate. I was dealing on a new vehicle, the dealership knew I was a serious buyer. I had an appointment for 11 the next day, a d people have learned to hate. I was dealing on a new vehicle, the dealership knew I was a serious buyer. I had an appointment for 11 the next day, a deposit so I was told was not required to hold the vehicle just over night. I was told by a slimming manager Alex " it's not going anywhere ". When I arrived at 10 the next morning I was told the vehicle has been sold. No call, no nothing. Sure wasn't expecting a slimy move like that. Don't waste you time at Harris. Duncan was quick and painless. Professional and simple, nothing misleading. More
