We traded in our 2006 Kia sportage and had actually decided never Recently My wife and I bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento from the dealership in Nanaimo. We traded in our 2006 Kia sportage and had actually decided never to go with that particular dealership again because of past experiences. I have to be honest and say that the efforts that have been made to make us feel like we are appreciated, have been tremendous. From the original sale of the sorrento and the maintenance that we have endurred so far to the arranging of a loaner vehicle and the driving us around to destinations while our vehivle was being serviced, have been above and beyond anything i would ever expect from a dealership. Thanks to Darren in sales and Mike in service as well as all the other drivers and financing people that have helped us out, I am very appreciative of everthing that has been done to help us out and i am currently using the dealership to find us another vehicle for my business as well.
