This is my first experience dealing with Harris Kia and it won't be my last. The staff I dealt with were great people who went out of their way to make an unpleasant experience bearable. I had the unfortunate experience of having my 2006 Kia Sorento damaged to the extent that I needed a new engine and as my vehicle warranty had expired in June of this year I thought my extended warranty would cover the cost of repairs as it did not expire until 2013. I was wrong they would not cover the repairs because the cause of the damage was because of a broken Harmonic Balancer retainer bolt. The warranty does not cover hardware items. I decided to purchase a used vehicle that had low mileage equivalent to what was on my vehicle. Working with the people at Harris Kia made this experience a lot less painful that I thought it would be. Mike House explained my situation to Roy Berensten and he proceeded to locate a vehicle that would suit my needs. Rachel Roy completed the deal for the vehicle I purchased and was very helpful in bringing it to its conclusion. Jeremy Allen was instrumental in making the financial arrangements to complete the deal and I was able to drive away with a reliable vehicle that I could afford at this point in time. My hats off to the staff at Harris Kia for the service they provide and the professional manner in which they conduct the business while offering great customer satisfaction and service. More
We have known Rachel Roy for quite a while she is one of the best car sales lady out there!! We bought a 2006 Mazda 5 from the nanaimo Harris Mazda and it must have been the worst vehicle they could have so the best car sales lady out there!! There was so many problems with it so we went and saw Rachel at nanaimo Harris Kia and she got us as much as she could for our Mazda 5 and she made sure we were happy with a 2012 Kia forte 5. It is such a nice car and I would shop at Harris Kia again and again. I would tell all of my friends and family to shop there and I will tell them to go see Rachel because she made sure we were happy and completely satisfied with our purchase. More

Teri from parts dept. went above & beyond to help me with my Kia Soul even though I didn't even purchase my vehicle from there. She was amazing and because of her I would absolutely recommend the deale with my Kia Soul even though I didn't even purchase my vehicle from there. She was amazing and because of her I would absolutely recommend the dealership and will take my vehicle back regularly to do the maintenance work. After putting a deposit on a new KIA Soul in Victoria I was really dissapointed in the sales and management of that Dealership and was no longer interested in buying a KIA at all until my husband made a ro was really dissapointed in the sales and management of that Dealership and was no longer interested in buying a KIA at all until my husband made a road trip to Nanaimo to check out the dealership and customer service at that location. Due to the result of that road trip I pulled my deal from Victoria and bought my new KIA there. The professionalism and care that was given to us sealed the deal and will now be our recommended choice to others. I was so impressed with this dealership that I will continue to use there service department for my scheduled services even though I work in Victoria minutes away from the dealership I originally thought I would be purchasing it from. In talking to Darrin it was clear he believed he was selling a great product, a product he clearly knew alot about. His approach was genuine and honest, he listened to our needs and wants and helped find the best fit. My daughter who is three years old came with us the day we test drove and bought our vehicle, everyone in the dealership went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even entertained (to the point where our daughter did not want to go home at the end our day). This family friendly business has won our repeat business and we will surely recommend it to anyone who is looking at buying a vehicle. Julia K More

I was so lucky to be able to work with the salesperson, Ryan Czinger. He was professional, helpful, and fun. At no point did I feel any pressure. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, I dealt with more of the Harris Kia team. They were all just as friendly and helpful. I was always worried that I would be ripped off buying a car from a dealership, but I honestly feel like I got the best value for the car. It is in immaculate condition and I received all of the service history reports. I highly recommend Ryan and Harris Kia to anyone looking to purchase a quality used vehicle at a fair price. More
