Thanks for the feedback regarding the paperwork for your new Kia. First of all let me apologize for our tardiness in getting this document to you. After several unsuccessful attempts to get the paperwork from the Kia store in Vancouver we were finally able to get someone that would help us and once we did the paperwork came to us the same day and we found it to be in order. We appreciate the time that you gave us on the phone the day we received this review and I am glad that you now have the copy of the Pre Delivery Inspection. The number one point in our companies Guiding Principles here at Harris Kia says that "The customer is number one" and we do our best to live up to that every day here in our dealership. In this case we fell short but I am glad to have resolved the issue.
