Walking onto the lot the afternoon and meeting Rachel, was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what I wanted in a car. She was easy to speak with, and very intelligent. She even went and sent someone out to get milk for my niece. Jeremy was great to deal with to and also easy to speak with. I liked that neither one of them were pushy and trying to sell you things that I didn't want. They respected the fact that I said no. I am so happy that my previous deal went through, and I had the chance to meet both of them. I would recommend Rachel to my friends and family. I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership now and have used them for regular maintenance of my first vehicle and will again for the new vehicle. I'm most impressed with their customer service and friendliness. I was in a motor vehicle accident with my first Kia and it happened right outside of there location just after I had a part fixed in the shop. They came out across the street to make sure I was ok and they drove me home since my car was not drivable. They let me try out a Sorento over night so I had a way of getting around and got a feel for the car to know whether it was the right one for me. It was great. And they made the transfer to a different car so simple and not stressful. I had enough stress at that time, so all their help really got me through hard times.
