When we stepped on the lot we were met by a friendly smiling young lady who introduced herself as Rachel. We toured the lot with her and saw a Sorrento. We were really impressed with her knowledge of Kia vehicles. She set up an appointment for a road test a few days later. We road-tested the Sorrento. It handled beautifully. We were interested in colours and saw a 2013 Sportage. We decided we want this "baby". The paperwork done, off to meet Jeremy and we are now owners of a new SUV. Rachel then took us to parts and service to meet the rest of the crew. Great staff too! Even got to take the Sportage home that night. Next day, back to the dealership for a course on Kia 101 with Rachel. She sure had a lot of patience with us, and never stopped smiling. Our impression of Rachel is "Miss Congeniality". Kudos to Harris Kia and Rachel. It was our pleasure to do business with them. More

Walking onto the lot the afternoon and meeting Rachel, was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what I wanted in a car. I liked that neither one of them were pushy and trying to sell you things that I didn't want. They respected the fact that I said no. I am so happy that my previous deal went through, and I had the chance to meet both of them. I would recommend Rachel to my friends and family. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give the experience of purchasing a car a 7. The paperwork took much longer than expected. I had bought a Rio 5 from them 5 yrs ago, and was happy with my little car.
