Some of my favorite features include the heated seats, sunroof, back-up camera, and the built-in GPS navigation with hands-free calling. Rachel was great for throwing in some nice bonuses with our purchase. She even surprised us with a free set of wheel locks when we went to pick up the car. When we were picking up the vehicle, Rachel was sure to walk me through the entire car, explaining how to operate all of the features. She was very thorough, and I felt confident in the operation of the car when it came time to take it home. More

When we stepped on the lot we were met by a friendly smiling young lady who introduced herself as Rachel. We toured the lot with her and saw a Sorrento. We were interested in colours and saw a 2013 Sportage. We decided we want this "baby". The paperwork done, off to meet Jeremy and we are now owners of a new SUV. Rachel then took us to parts and service to meet the rest of the crew. Great staff too! Even got to take the Sportage home that night. Next day, back to the dealership for a course on Kia 101 with Rachel. She sure had a lot of patience with us, and never stopped smiling. Our impression of Rachel is "Miss Congeniality". Walking onto the lot the afternoon and meeting Rachel, was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what I wanted in a car. I liked that neither one of them were pushy and trying to sell you things that I didn't want. They respected the fact that I said no. I am so happy that my previous deal went through, and I had the chance to meet both of them. I would recommend Rachel to my friends and family.
