Being the same age as Clark, it was really great seeing young adults with nice and professional attitudes. Clark's motivation is inspiring! Clark was enthusiastic and informative. Perhaps I could have asked more about the car but it was my first time buying and I was too famished to get into detail-- I guess that's what the manual is for anyway;) I do know that if I have any questions or concerns, everyone at Kia Nanaimo would be happy to help me. Jeremy was also very hard working and a kind person. Jeremy was very customer service oriented and was willing to go above and beyond our expectations. Thanks Jeremy! It's difficult to find customer service that values on-going customer relationships and I believe Clark would be happy to assist me if I have any issues or concerns down the road. I must say, I LOVE my new car... it's a nice one and I would absolutely return and recommend this dealership to everyone. I was pleasantly surprised with how advanced and up to date KIA designs/engines are these days. I love all of the new features and technology in my Rio. I could not afford an Audi but I think it's very awesome that the former designer of Audi is now designing for Kia! (Thanks Clark for telling me all about these cool facts) People are checking out my car and I think they are taken by the fact it's a Kia! I was surprised and still impressed. What a great experience we had purchasing our 2014 Forte EX yesterday, June 22nd. I'm very picky about salespeople as I've been one for a long time and I know how I like to be approached and how I want the EX yesterday, June 22nd. We couldn't have been happier with Clark Petrick our salesman and along with that how do you not leave out everyone else that works there. The reason for that is because everyone we came into contact with from Dave Bare, Randy Heller, Roy Berentsen to Christine Wright, Kolbi McLean and Rachel Roy treated us like family by the end of the entire experience. If I left anybody out on the list it is because we didn't come personally into contact, but from spending a long afternoon on a busy sales day, everyone took a moment to at least say hello, or spend time making us as comfortable as possible. Thanks again Clark for the excellent presentation of the vehicle. Basically it was what made us purchase the car. We had been looking for 6 months for the right car, and we found it that day! More

Right from the begging he was so engaging and he did not pressure me in any way. I especially do not like to be pressured by car salesman. He told the truth about everything, his honesty and personality and all the above qualities makes him an asset to your fine company, you are very lucky to have him on your team. When he heard that I was to have extensive surgery he even mailed me a wrapped gift.
