When he heard that I was to have extensive surgery he even mailed me a wrapped gift. Rachel was our salesperson, and she was fantastic. We found her to be both friendly and informative which engaged our interest. We felt able to ask any questions we had, and if she didn't know the answer, she would immediately find someone to provide that information, which we appreciated. The process of purchasing our new Kia Rio SX went without a problem. We got, what we felt, was a very reasonable deal for our new Kia. We were extremely impressed with what our new Kia came with for the price we paid. Some of my favorite features include the heated seats, sunroof, back-up camera, and the built-in GPS navigation with hands-free calling. Rachel was great for throwing in some nice bonuses with our purchase. She even surprised us with a free set of wheel locks when we went to pick up the car. When we were picking up the vehicle, Rachel was sure to walk me through the entire car, explaining how to operate all of the features. She was very thorough, and I felt confident in the operation of the car when it came time to take it home. More
