Marcelo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and demonstrated every aspect of the new version. (of which there are too many to name) I had not intended to purchase a new vehicle at this time but was so impressed by the features of the 2014 Rondo that I moved ahead. Marcelo and Mike (service manager) gave me confidence that I would be well looked after for follow up servicing and further demos for all the new devices on this car. Thanks to all. We are so pleased with Harris Kia as we went to several dealerships and had ups and downs. Everyone is polite, courteous, pleasant,knowledgeable, professional, and PATIENT. From the moment my husband, 2 kids and I stepped on the lot we were treated very friendly. Marcelo Suvillaga was our salesperson, and he was fantastic. Working with Marcelo was a joy. He is new at the dealer but he did an amazing job. All our questions were answered fully and truthfully and if he didn't know the answer, he would immediately find someone to provide that information, most importantly there was NO pressure. He knew what we wanted since we first talked.on the phone and that is what we bought. They gave us such a fair trade in value for which we are very thankful. Once all of that was completed we were introduced to Jeremy who took care of the financial end of things. He was very customer service oriented and he made sure we were completely satisfied with the deal. Thank you all for such great service!!!. I must say, We LOVE the Kia Rondo. I did all my research online for the vehicle I wanted and knew the price I could afford. I then contacted the dealership through their website after reading their many reviews. I drove an hour to meet with Rachel and go for my first test drive. After many hours of discussion I went home to thing about which Sorento I really wanted. I really appreciate Rachel's extreme patience and sense of humour over the two months of texting back and forth, bartering on price for my trade-in and the purchase price of my new Sorento. By the time I actually did sign on the dotted line I was pleased with the whole experience. Rachel knows her stuff! She is one of a kind. Everyone at the dealership is great. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I love my new Kia Pet! More

Working with Roy Berentsen was a joy. Generally buying a vehicle can be a bit stressful, but not at Harris Kia. All our questions were answered fully and truthfully and there was NO pressure. Once we had decided on the vehicle we wanted to purchase we went to work on the trade in value of our current vehicle. Boy were we happy. They gave us such a fair trade in value (we checked black book/blue book values too) we were pleasantly surprised. Once all of that was completed we were introduced to Randy Heller who took care of the financial end of things he made sure we were completely satisfied with the deal. Thank you gentlemen for such great service. One more thing. We have 3 young children. The receptionist and other sales agents were so wonderful. They kept an eye on our children and kept them entertained while my husband and I dealt with the paperwork. Thank you to everyone at Harris Kia for making this a wonderful and fulfilling day! More

When I went to Harris Kia, I met Clark Petrick and was interested in a Kia Soul. There were only two available and one was sold, so I test drove the only other one available which was top end and not wha interested in a Kia Soul. It was nice, but my eye spotted a black hatchback with a nice profile and I asked about it. It was traded in 3 weeks ago and had one owner, so I asked to test drive it. It was a Mercedes-Benz B200 Turbo and drived like a dream. With my trade in, it turned out to be far more economical than buying a car new, so I bought it. After purchase, I noticed the car did not have a jack and the wipers were wearing, so I noted it with the service department and asked that the wipers be replaced and inquired about the missing jack. Clark make the effort to obtain these items for me and at no cost as he felt they should have come with the car in the first place. That's the type of service - above and beyond - which turns one-time customers into repeat customers. Thanks, Clark! More
