Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Just bought my 2012 KIA Rio Hatchback today! The whole experience was smooth and a wonderful experience. I talked to Jeremy on the phone for 45 minutes ge bought my 2012 KIA Rio Hatchback today! The whole experience was smooth and a wonderful experience. I talked to Jeremy on the phone for 45 minutes getting everything ready for my loan ahead of time as I am from out of town. He answered all my questions and was super friendly and had great advice and was very knowledgeable. When I arrived to the dealership today I had a warm welcome and was shown to what is now my car. It was beautifully detailed and in incredible shape. Grant was very helpful and knowledgeable as well in helping me understand the vehicle and providing me with all the right information for warranty and service information. Grant has a knack for fitting the right car with the right client and I found him very pleasant to talk with and I did not feel at all pressured. The whole atmosphere in Harris KIA was outstanding everyone had a smile and was kind and super friendly. I found Jeremy great to work with and very helpful, he bent over backwards to help me get the best rate and best options for my loan. A better late then never letter that I actually started writing when we bought our 2011 Kia Sorento on Sept. 24/13. Our experience and satisfaction really did deserve an immediate letter. So here it is. We were highly recommended by my husbands captain for Lefarge, Brad Wilson who had just recently bought a vehicle from Harris Kia and was very impressed with Rachel Roy his sales consultant, So my husband set up a meeting with Rachel. We started the meeting with her sitting us down to find out our both needs and with in minutes Rachel knew the vehicle for us...Kia Sorento. She took for what she called a two person test drive. her knowledge of the car was very impressive that it made us very confident on our decision to buy the car that day. Rachel also took the time to teach us everything we need to know about the car and after a month or so driving it we love it. I feel safe as a mother driving the kids and my husband being a man loves the power it has! We also saw Jeremy Allen, in the financial department who worked very hard to get us financing and was a pleasure to work with. All in all the surrounds was warming the people great and would highly recommend Harris Kia and especially Rachel Roy to anyone looking for a car! More

We visited the Dealership to have our Kia Sorento serviced. We had no intention of replacing our second car, but I had had my "eye" on the Kia Soul for some time. My 2008 Honda Civic had very low mileage, so it was difficult for me to consider replacing it at this time. Marcelo was very knowledgeable about the product, and showed me all the features. He suggested that I bring my car to the dealership to determine trade-in-value. We made an appointment to return in a few days and that is when it was made to happen! Marcelo took us on a lengthy test drive and I had the opportunity to :"feel" the way that the Soul performed. We returned to the office and wrote the offer. We received a very good trade-in value and with the expert help of Jeremy, I was driving a 2013 Kia Soul the same afternoon!.
