With Dave Bare as general manager and Dave Corrigal added to the finance department who could ask for a better place to buy a new car, especially a new Kia. Because Marcelo asked questions, wanting to know my budget and needs. So we are now the proud and extremely happy owners of a 2011 Rondo. But not only was Marcelo helpful, David Corrigal handled the financial details in a clear and concise manner, not rushing us but ensuring we understood the various options available. Kolbi explained the maintenance schedules and set up our first appointment...and upon my return home she had already sent us a welcome email. I talked to Jeremy on the phone for 45 minutes getting everything ready for my loan ahead of time as I am from out of town. He answered all my questions and was super friendly and had great advice and was very knowledgeable. When I arrived to the dealership today I had a warm welcome and was shown to what is now my car. It was beautifully detailed and in incredible shape. Grant was very helpful and knowledgeable as well in helping me understand the vehicle and providing me with all the right information for warranty and service information. Grant has a knack for fitting the right car with the right client and I found him very pleasant to talk with and I did not feel at all pressured. The whole atmosphere in Harris KIA was outstanding everyone had a smile and was kind and super friendly. I found Jeremy great to work with and very helpful, he bent over backwards to help me get the best rate and best options for my loan.
