Grant took my husband for a test drive of the Kia Rio on our first visit. He was very professional and straightforward. He gave us all the information we needed with no pressure to buy right away. My husband returned a few days later to test drive the Kia Forte with Marcelo. Marcelo clearly takes great pride in his work and really believes in the cars and company. We returned that evening to finalize the purchase. Marcelo was very patient and helpful and didn't make us feel rushed despite it being late in the day. We also had our two young children with us. The Sales Manager Roy took time to talk to us about our down payment options, which I really appreciated as he brought up some choices I hadn't considered. Jeremy (Financial Services Manager) was very understanding as our plans changed and we weren't able to meet with him as planned. He was very easy to communicate with via email, and sent us a large amount of information that way so we could review it before coming in. Jeremy was able to give us a number of great financing options and didn't once try to sell us on something we didn't want or need. We looked at a vehicle that Rachel was showing us. We had a few concerns with a clunking in the front end. She adressed our concerns with great care. She was not pushy at all.
