Awesome Team I recently bought a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis (cream puff) from Harris Kia. Before even considering whether or not to go to the trouble of travellin I recently bought a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis (cream puff) from Harris Kia. Before even considering whether or not to go to the trouble of travelling from the mainland to Vancouver Island to see the car I checked out the reputation of the dealership. It was outstanding. My next concern was whether or not we could come to an agreement on price. I am familiar with these vehicles and the price that a pristine unit should go for. It was late Sunday evening when I sent an offer through Auto Trader. I wasn't expecting a response until sometime the next day. I received a message that very night from Dave Bare, the companies General Manager. My offer was accepted, no games playing trying to squeeze the customer for a little more of their hard earned money. I was very well treated by all Harris Kia staff that I came into contact with. They knew their jobs and did them in a friendly professional manner. The car was immaculately clean and operated flawlessly. More
