Although, I really missed seeing Kolbi (she always gives friendly and knowledgeable service) when I dropped off my KIA Rio at the dealership, this morning, Mike greeted me warmly and looked after my car service needs. Allen, the shuttle driver, was right there the minute I arrived ready drive me, and again later in the day to pick me up to take me back to get my car. He has a fantastic memory - always enjoy our conversation on route to and from KIA. Everyone of the staff go out of their way to make my experience pleasant. Even got a wave and a smile from a distant Rachel as mouthed to me "How are you,' through the glass of her sales booth in my direction! Thanks HARRIS KIA! More

Refreshing and easy! We did internet searches to get the information we wanted about the Kia Soul prior to making a trip to the car dealership and taking a test drive. It was a very busy day but the staff were quickly attentive and arranged the test drive. The car met all our expectations and every question was answered without hesitation. 2008 Kia Rio purchase from Harris Kia by J. Long I was in the market for a used 4 cylinder vehicle to use for my daily 80 kilometre commute and having saw a couple of vehicles on the Harris Kia websi I was in the market for a used 4 cylinder vehicle to use for my daily 80 kilometre commute and having saw a couple of vehicles on the Harris Kia website, planned a visit to the dealership the next morning. While I had printed the ads related to a number of potential vehicles from Craigslist, I ended up buying a 2008 Kia Rio from Harris Kia. I had never really thought about Kia as being a brand that I would consider purchasing in future, probably because I knew very little about it. After driving the Kia vehicle I was interested in, it met all my expectations and then some. When the dealership took this vehicle in on trade, it ensured that all of the maintenance was up-to-date. As an example, even though the vehicle only had 45,000 kilometres on it, given that the manual called for the timing belt to be replaced at 96,000 kilometres or after 5 years, Harris Kia had replaced the timing belt as it had yet to be done and the vehicle was now 5 years old. Kurt Mason and the staff at Harris Kia were extremely helpful and courteous and made my shopping experience a real pleasure. The knowledgeable service combined with a non pushy sales approach made this experience even that much better. I was very impressed by Kurt and the other staff at Harris Kia and would definitely recommend this dealership to others. As a matter of fact, I have already made mention to several people about how impressed I was with the treatment I received. More
