Best Dealer Ever !! My experience with Harris Kia started when I was looking for used vehicles. She went above and beyond to get us our perfect vehicle. Rachel is 100% without a doubt the most genuine, professional sales woman I have ever dealt with. Her professionalism and bubbly personality make her a force to be reckoned with! She got us into a 2016 Sorento which I absolutely love love love. The day we were picking up our new Sorento, traffic was terrible as we were travelling from Victoria to Nanaimo it took a lot longer than we had anticipated. Rachel and the Kia team ( including the lovely insurance agent ) stayed late to accommodate us and not once did they make us feel uncomfortable or guilty. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend Harris Kia. Outstanding customer service!! More

Bought a truck.. Dodge Hemi...It is amazing as are the Staff I was only going in for a test drive, yet left with an amazing truck . I'm from downtown Victoria and went to this Nanaino location on Bowen rd expecting to leave with a pre-owned vehicle and high interest rate. I left with a brand new car at the same price I was expecting to pay for a used one. With a smile that stuck the entire drive home. My representative Krista and her partner Rachel were absolutely amazing to me. Making sure I got everything I needed at a reasonable price and the monthly rate that was comfortable for me. I'm thankful to have met these two wonderful ladies. And I'm so glad I decided to drive two hours up island to get to them. She made everything seem very easy and stress free. Though I wasn't ready and didn't know exactly what I wanted, rachel happily continued to answer all of my questions. A few weeks later, this happy voice called again and said without pressure that she'd found a vehicle that may suit my needs. Reluctantly I went to see it with my boyfriend and fell in love. Rachel couldn't have made the decision any easier for me. I made the purchase and couldnt be happier. Without question everyone at Harris helped me with concerns I had. The service department was wonderful to deal with as well. A very very pleasant experience for me and will happily continue to do business with Harris Kia!! More
